Food was hot and so moist. Service was fast and correct. Love McDonald's 🥰

Corporate really needs to do something about the 11pm-1am rush hour, it shouldn't take 2-3hrs just to get our food, this is ridiculous and outrages, it happens everyday but nothing changes, not sure if they only have one person working everything at night or what but this needs to be fixed..

Food was hot. They don't serve lunch amy earlier than 11 on a Saturday so we had to wait around a few minutes to beable to do that. It was a little slow getting our food but everything was hot and the order was accurate. So worth the wait.

Did drive through at 1 a.m. and all of the employees were SUPER nice!

They were busy when I went through drive thur but was still out in a timely manner. Food was nice and fresh and I got exactly what I ordered. Employees were very nice.

It was overall pretty good had some over cooked fries though better than where we live which isn't in Ottumwa

Was in today around 4pm. Things seemed to be going smoothly with the staff getting orders out and accurate. Sheila was there.. shout-out to her.. I feel she's doing great along with the staff. Thank you, have a great day!

Every now & then there is a mistake made. With the number of customers they serve, it's just going to happen sooner or later. 1 day we did have an error with our order. The manager, Cara, was most apologetic & was quick to make it right with us! Also they now have yellow Xs on the floor to help customers remember to stay 6 ft away. It's awesome! And Thank you Cara for all your help!

New year's, 12:00 am... Yes, drive thru was packed. Yes it took 23 minutes from the time I pulled up to get my food. But it was fresh, and I was great full that they were open. Felt sorry for the gals working who had to deal with drunks being rude and yelling at them.

I had an issue with a meal a week or so ago called and talked to Zach and told him about my issue he said come in he would fix it next time I was in I got my whole meal replaced we need more people in the fast food industry that hold to this standard issue was resolved in a very professional manner that will keep me returning to this location for affordable great tasting food

Very good. We got our food fast and it was very good. The drink machine for the Sprite, and the Sprite only, was a bit broken. I assume they will fix it asap. Very good place and very clean.

Great staff! Had one greet me at the door and offered to help me order at the kiosk. Another took my tray for me as soon as I got up. Both wished me a Merry Christmas!

Awful service at evenings

This Mcdonald's has always been busy, and in my opinion my meals have always been acceptable. After the rather quick reconstruction, this Mcdonald's has definitely went above and beyond in every catergory. The double drive-thru lanes and expanded parking lot, multiple pay/pickup windows and kiosks, spacious dining area with a variety of seating options(couch, stools, and bar stools), open and well designed layout to enjoy while waiting or dining in, and so much more. Since I just live 2 blocks away from there, this renovation and reconstruction has improved drastically. With me working 2nd shift my lunchtime options are very limited due to nothing being open. So this has undoubtedly increased not only me going there more enjoyable, but has helped me not always being late thanks to their upgraded drive-thru.

The employees are friendly and the place is clean. And I love their cold coffee....all of them...lol

Shout out to the manager Jess on night shift!!! She is b the real MVP fresh Apple pies at 2:00 a.m. You went above and beyond!!!!

Daily visit @ 3:30am for coffee love the app but can never actually use my 15000 points to get a FULL meal
