The burgers are amazing! The Classic Combo, Caesar Salad, Fiesta Lime Chicken are also great choices! The desert OMG 🤤 Go for Triple Chocolate Meltdown if you accept the sugar rush challenge, or Brownie Bite for a little piece of sweet to treat your stomach 😁

This was my first time going to any Applebee's. They seated us fast and the waiter was very nice. Jelisa was her name and she was great. It was a bit busy so they forgot out appetizer till after we got our other food but it did make it to the table. It was queso n corn chips but in my opinion it had too much onion flavor for a white cheese dip. Everything else we had was delicious.
I'd go back for sure. It was clean and had good seating. They had multiple T.Vs fir sports viewing if you're in to that. A bar in the center.
I want to add that they did offer an extra beer at no cost so that made up for the not so great queso n chips.
2nd time was better than the first time. The food was amazing.

Got service right away. Very nice & clean restaurant. Food was hot & tasted fantastic! Really enjoyed our eating experience.

Our Waitress was Excellent!

Got herevaround 630pm. We were sat right away. Our server was awesome, can't remember her name but her wing was on point. Margaritas were sooooo good! Tortilla Chicken soup was spicy but good. (Shoulda asked for sour cream) food was Amazing!! Wel will definitely be back!!

Chelsea was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. She seated us promptly and checked in frequently. The food was good too.

Best food selection in town, and the staff they are all amazing and friendly, food is fresh and delicious, a real good vibe atmosphere

We had a party of 6 the waitress was very patient and did a great job our food was all hot and fresh and we were 100 percent satisfied

Sorry Applebee's but the food is not as good as it use to be. I know it's hard to get good help and keep them. The last 2 times hasn't been good. We had the 2 for $25. We've always loved the artichoke dip and it was just warm and the chips were cooked to long. The wife had riblets and hardly any meat on them. What once was a fun, great place to eat has fallen kinda low.

The food was great and so were the drinks. Our waitress and her trainee were very prompt and attentive but not overbearing(while also dealing with other customers), which is nice because a lot of places seem to have waitstaff that are either completely absent or nearly sitting with you during your meal. The food was great and so were the drinks. Overall, it was one of, if not the best, experience my wife and I have had at this location. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Awesome food. We had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp as well as a blue ribbon brownie dessert and would definitely go again. The photo is our to go container of the bourbon street chicken and shrimp.

I went in yesterday and had a great experience. My server was Riley and she was super friendly! My food came out hot and fresh. I ordered a steak medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. Great job Ottumwa team!

And the kitchen staff did a wonderful job on our food 👏. They had us served quickly with 1st class cooking

Today went very well had a great waitress "Lizzy" I believe. Went very well food was great service was as well. Hope it continues. Restrooms were clean.

Probably the best restaurant in town, this was two weeks ago, a hectic Sunday with many customers and busy staff. I forgot what did we ordered, but was delicious and came on time. She brought some appetizers but didn't provide the necessary utensils until later. At some point a different waiter served some food. It was ok.

Absolutely Killer Food And Service!

I had the best steak lunch! Small steak cooked perfect, great mash potatoes and broccoli 😍Service was fabulous and they were busy! I couldn't stop eating and most times I usually take half home. I finished it all up. Special thanks to my waiter!

Staff seated me in a section that initially wasn't open when a booth didn't open up quickly. Absolutely love their spinach and artichoke dip. I usually get there parmesan shrimp and steak but this time went for their ribs. Spicy Asian we're very good. Five cheese mac and cheese with bacon was absolutely delicious!
