Best way to start the day! There's never to many people there at one time. It's not your fancy anytime fitness gym where there's 5 machines for everything, it's the opposite. It's a smaller gym where the people that go there are also friendly and not muscle brained macho maniacs.

This is my 3rd home aside from my actual home, and work place. This is where I come to relieve stress and enjoy working out. I spent about 3 hours here everyday except for my rest day.

I went as a guest for a few days and I love it there..I will be getting a membership! Would highly recommend it..They have family, individual and couples plans..Love that I dont have to sign a contract because we all know in this day and age it makes it hard on a person if you dont have the money each and every month. Love the flexibility of the payment plans and you dont have to pay a termination fee in automatic payments if for some reason you dont have the money that month. This definitely has sold me on its flexibility. Most gym memberships ties you In for a year or more not this gym and I love that about this gym.💜💜💜

I came from out of town. What a great suprise was this gym! Squat racks, deadlift areas, bumper plates... All the bells and whistles for powerlifters and oly lifters. $5.00 will get you a 24hr pass. It is located one or two blocks from both Americinn and the ottumwa hotels. No frills shower/bathrooms -- very clean gym. Equipment well maintained.

Great price and a nice gym. Sometimes afternoons get a little packed but not a big deal sometimes gotta wait a bit for your weights.

This is my favorite gym in town. Its price is very affordable and no contracts! Plus the have everything you need for a good workout!

Awesome place to go work out. I like the fact you can get a membership that is afordavle. Plus it is open 24/7 you get a number and can go when it is more convenient for you.

I love this place. No creepers, nice staff, great machines. They also have tanning beds here.

Clean and nice equipment. Friendly staff. Clean buliding. Once I get there i have the hardest time leaving!

Decent gym in smaller town cheap weekly rates make it worth it when out of town working
