Mickey and her staff are the absolute best!! If you are considering h and r block this year though be sure to go directly to them on church street in ottumwa don't upload and do them online.. you can always drop your actual paperwork off to those ladies at the office and they will get everything ready for you there. Highly recommended year after year totally worth paying to get them done because you know you got your max refund and if anything goes wrong they have your back all year round
