Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Lake View

We had the best experience at the Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Lake View. The hotel was incredibly clean and cozy. The lobby was decorated beautifully for the holidays and honestly felt like home! Hot coffee and delicious hot breakfast was a major plus. We also enjoyed the coffee in the room and the sliding glass doors on the first floor with views of the lake. All front desk staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend a stay here to anyone!

This is THE best hotel I have stayed in - in years! Our stay was at the beginning of July, 2023. We booked a total of 12 rooms for a family gathering. The manager and staff were exceptional and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was CLEAN - very few hotels can claim this! Beds and pillows were great. The location is off of the lake so we enjoyed our view of the lake as we sat right outside our room on the little patio and enjoyed our Iowa days and nights. Jody- you are amazing and Thank You for giving us an enjoyable place to stay !

Sometimes there are just not enough words to describe how wonderful things are - that applies to this hotel. This is our go to place and we come here several times a year. It is right off the lake and is spotless clean and lovely. Their staff is so incredibly friendly. I have to mention their manager - Jody is amazing. We always feel so welcome! A few weeks ago I accidentally double booked a room and she took the time to email me to ask about it. Most places would just leave it alone and charge my card. Also, thank you to Susan for helping me find my purse last night, lol! You don’t know how much I appreciated that and everything you guys do!!!

This was my first time at a Cobblestone and if the Lake View site is a testament to their brand, I will seek them out in other locations. The suite was spacious and the hotel had all necessary amenities. Who needs a pool when you are situated on a beautiful lake and the hotel has its own dock? What made this stay special was the staff. They were the sweetest, most helpful and accommodating staff I have ever met a hotel. Wonderful stay during RAGBRAI. I just wish it had been longer.

I have NO complaints. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice lake view, and a convenient location for me. I’d stay here again.

Was in Lake View for a couple days for a funeral and stayed at the Cobblestone Inn. It was fantastic. Very clean all around and the staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant next door has great food. 5 out of 5.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jody and her team are absolutely amazing. So polite and accommodating. Rooms are always clean upon check in and if any problem does arise which is hardly ever they are on it to get it fixed. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was clean, the staff helpful and friendly, the restaurant next door worked for dinner, the breakfast was adequate. Very reminiscent of the Cobblestone in Punxsutawney, PA.

Highly recommend staying here if your in the area. Hot breakfast daily, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Jodi and her staff are very friendly and have been very accomadating for our crew the last month. Great view of the lake and a short walk to the lake as well.

We just had a wonderful stay at the Cobblestone Inn & Suites. We are from Kansas City and were in town for a family event. Even during these challenging times, staff were friendly and prompt. Our rooms were spotless and the hotel was quiet even though it was nearly booked full! The lake made for great morning walks and the hotel has their own dock! Beautiful area and cannot wait to return.

Came to the area for a family funeral in Schaller. The best choice we could have made. Breakfast were delicious each morning. Quite enjoyable nights. Staff friendly and helpful.

I stayed at Boulder Inn at Lake Okoboji on November 8 and 9, 2016. My room was very clean. It was a quiet room with a view out on the rear wooded lot. The breakfast the following morning was delicious and had lots of hot choices of breakfast items. I did forget two coats in a closet and several days later the hotel staff mailed both of my coats to me. I would gladly stay there again. I highly recommend it.

Love this place and the area. Rooms are nice very comfy beds very quiet and staff are great. Just wish the restaurant next door had stayed open. It was a good place to eat. Always stay at this hotel when in the area.

We had booked a room at another hotel for RAGBRAI. That hotel had been flooded and the rooms were moldy. Boulders Inn & Suites let us stay in a room that didn't have a light in the bathroom because it was the only one left. We didn't mind because we were desperate for a room (everyone else was sold out). They even gave us a discounted rate. Their hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfy! I slept so well. We will probably stay with them again when we decide to book a romantic getaway. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!

We loved are experience here. My family travels om the pipeline and compared to many other places they made us feel welcome, kept everything clean, most of the staff was amazing, very very accommodating. Only complaint thicker walls And floors.
