Twisted Piston Cafe

The Twisted Piston is definitely THE place to go for breakfast! They've got a lunch menu too, but haven't tried it. The portions were just right for their prices and everything came out within a timely manner n was all fresh. The atmosphere was electric and definitely a family friendly place. 10/10 would recommend

One of my favorite places to eat. Great food, great service and a fun “gear head” atmosphere. Whether you want lunch for breakfast or breakfast for lunch, they got you! If you like burgers, I strongly recommend the “Monster Truck burger” and do yourself a favor… make it a “dually!”

Open early and closes after lunch. The Sunday crowd is always large for the popular fried chicken meals.

LOVE THIS RESTAURANT!!! Small Town Big heart and a community that is close and it shows this when you walk thru that door and you see folks of all ages gathered together at a long table coffee cups in hand chatting it up and joined laughter and smiles. I look over and I'm greeted with a wave and smile from the town mayor/mechanic/police officer/restaurant owner/friend. I know some will read this and think of Mayberry or something as such because of the titles one man can hold but it is so much more than just a hick town in the middle of fields. this diner/restaurant is a must go to place in the town of Hume that continues to carry on with having good times and making memories and caring for others all while this harsh world continues to spread hate and hardships. so if you need a full belly of great food, a feeling of the good ole days with less stress, and want to talk with strangers as a friend then this is the place to go!!!!! great service, great food, car/mechanic themed with an old 50s diner type of decor, very clean, good fair prices, outdoor area to eat and enjoy the nice days, maybe even schedule a tune up for your car and have a good meal while you wait! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE TWISTED PISTON!!!!

Definitely a 5 star in a small town with exceptional good home cooking. Everyone needs to go to the Twisted Piston Cafe once and you will not go back to chain restaurants again.

I've stopped there numerous times while on a bicycle ride and the service has always been excellent and the food very good.

Busy place for lunch! Great specials and very tasty! Plan on relaxing as it might take a bit to get your food but well worth it! Cool theme as well!

My first time eating at the twisted piston! Enjoyed the burger and my daughter enjoyed ham club very much! The fish sandwich did look amazing! It will be my next visit!
