Awesome service. Before I ordered I warned the cashier I had a large order. As soon as I said the larger part of my order the manager called to the back on the large part before I even cashed out. Our food arrived very quickly.

Came in when it was a bit busy, but my order was taken in a timely fashion. My order was hot, fresh, and accurate. The restrooms were pretty clean as well.

The service at Arby's on Quincy in Ottumwa is outstanding! I'm always greeted in a friendly manner, the food is always hot & mistakes are very few and far between. It's so nice to have a place like this that you can trust & depend on. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service was fast, and friendly. I am so happy they have the crinkle cut fries. I wasn't a fan of their curly fries, I like my potatoes to taste like potatoes.

They always have great food and when we dropped some of our food on the way to our table, they replaced it very quickly. The staff there are always friendly and always greet us with smiles ☺

The foo was fantastic and the assistant manager was so helpful in explaining the food so we could choose what we wanted!! And when we got our fiit was delicious 😋😋😋 I believe her name was Maddie she was very nice and so helpful 😊 we will definitely be back!!!!

Clean, fast service and the meals excellent!! Best sandwiches and sides I've had there for a long time. It has much improved from the last time I was there which has been a couple years at least. Kudos!

No problems this time through the drive-thru. We got the 2 for $5.00 Beef n Cheddar special. Good sandwich, good value for your money.

I had the Smoked Brisket very good. And curly fries are Always a plus and had the Jamocha shake!! Very filling!!
