Wonderful selection of cut meats! Both beef and pork are well represented. A very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I really like the new retail area, especially with the new deli counter. Pricing is better than big box or grocery stores.

The absolute best bacon I've ever had. I won't buy my bacon anywhere else after eating Behrmanns bacon. They slice it however thick you want and the price is great too.

We use Behrmann products at Stephy's bar and grill in Orchardville and have great customer feedback I love it too. Always fresh and amazing quality. Highly recommended. I have also had meat processed there and it was a very good experience and very reasonable and they have a nice inventory to shop through as well! Keep up the good work!

I don't know why I was expecting a massive retail but that's not what this is. It's basically a butcher shop like you see on TV where you walk in and there's a single glass case and you just ask what you want cut. They had a few more selections on the side besides that and I wasn't really looking for anything specific I was just curious what they had.

We have brought deer for processing to Behrmann's as well as we have bought their meat and spices. The meat quality is always outstanding. They also carry commercial company cheeses and other products. The staff is always inviting and helpful. We are delighted to be their customers.

Just picked up some bulk pork, great with biscuit and gravy. Available fresh meat on display everyday.

They have any and everything a person could ever want from a meat processor. Quite possibly the highest quality in the entire state. If you oassing through be sure to stop in and take a look.

First time shoppers here. The people were so very nice and helpful. The meat is outstanding. The bacon is straight from heaven and is made with the tears of the angels and apostles. The sausage is some of the best I have had. We bought three meat packages at half of what it would have cost locally. The hour plus drive was so worth it. Get the smoked ribs, you won't regret it! The braunschweiger is beyond belief.

Great quality meat, the only place I buy my meat! I wished they had turkey meat. Always great service, prices and environment. I come and get my meat bundles and 10 chickens every other month and 3 bags of their famous chicken strip every month.(strip are made in house sold in 5lb bags ready to cook. There is a location in Albers(my fav) and a location in MO. Thanks for always providing healthy food for my family to by. TRY THEIR ON HOUSE BBQ SAUCE, I BUY BY THE GALLON.

I am new to the area and my sister had to go pick up her meat. I rode along and ended up ordering a quarter of beef. I am so amazed by the quality of this beef. I just love it. Will go back in the future when I need more. Excellent workers there, very nice.

I drive an hour to this place for all my meat because of the quality and the price. The best summer sausage and bacon I've ever had hands down. I've also called ahead for all my holiday dinner requests and have never been disappointed.

After Hunter stopped manufacturing their bacon and hot dogs I was truly bummed out! I happened upon Berhmann’s Bacon with the “rind on” @ Dierbergs in Florissant, MO and knew I found the very best bacon around!!!! I have shared with my friends at work and they are SOLD!!!!

We just got a half of hog from beerman's meat and processing and the price was very reasonable I was pleased with the quality of the meat and very pleased with the service at the service counter would recommend this place very highly it's fresh pork and beef very easy Drive less than 30 miles from our hometown of Centralia and it's right off 161

Literally the best butcher in the state. Their dried beef sausage is always a party favorite with checkerboard cheese and crackers. Their Bacon has reached mythical status within my extended family. They all know to ask for Behrmann's for breakfast. Great Pork sausage, brats, and now Chorizo. Go early on Saturday - they are always swamped!

Very friendly service, quick to ask if I had been helped. To top it off, honestly the BEST pork sausage ive had the pleasure to cook for my family😃
