I rented from this company for four years. Ms. Cindy was always nice and always treated me with respect. They were prompt with making repairs or taking care of any issues. I would definitely recommend.

Every time I call the telephone number is always disconnected maybe they need to upgrade the telephone number is specially online as well as the address and business hours. It would be great if they would include when you call them what vacancies says they have and where are they located and any other pertinent info as it relates to renting an apartment. They should show the apartments online as well as what they look like on the inside you know the floor plan how much square footage.

I rented a nice apartment from Mr.Sulzby six years ago in Eastlake near Oporto Madrid. A lot a young men hung around the parking lot gambling on tenants front porches. I got blamed for this and was evicted wrongly. Mr. Sullzby is an unreasonable and unfair man and I wouldn't refer this company to anyone!
