Great counter tops

I agree with Mel who gave this company a bad review. We went to ProSource to get new laminate countertop for our kitchen. First of all it took them forever to get the installation done and they were not responsive to get it scheduled. Secondly after installing the new laminate this late spring, at some point in the summer there was a substantial rise on one of the seams on which I cut my finger when wiping down the countertop. When my husband finally called this week, we were told it was our fault because something got wet. No questions, no offer of customer service to look at it, no I’m sorry this happened. Only remark was it’s our fault because we got it wet or water got in it. It is not close to the sink as it’s one of the long seams from a lazy Susan cupboard to the corner. A few months ago there was brown liquid in the countertop in the corner and I had no idea where it came from. I don’t know if the glue they used failed or what happened but will never find out because they aren’t interested in investigating. I would never recommend this company.

Never again. I now have a brand new bathroom with a sink that has many tiny scratches in it. Customer service was horrible and basically I’m stuck with a less than perfect sink. Didn’t seem at all interested in helping me and basically passed it off as not their problem. Would NOT recommend, but I doubt they care. So now every time I brush my teeth I can think of them as I look at all the scratches.

BEWARE!!!! Terrible experience, I ordered countertops with the backsplash included (as stated on the invoice), and I paid for countertops with the backsplash included, however, I received my countertops WITHOUT the backsplash included. When I called Laura at Heartland Oaks to let her know of this predicament she was immediately defensive and argumentative with me, she then offered to send her installers back out to add a backsplash which after considering it I declined to have them do that because I knew it would not look good and it was NOT what we agreed on. Seeing as I had already paid the exact amount on the invoice I then asked Laura if she would be willing to work with me on the price to make up for her mistake to which she began to feed me a line trying to justify why she shouldn’t have to compensate me. Bottom line is that I received an invoice to which we agreed upon, I paid what we agreed upon but she did not deliver what was agreed upon. Never will I recommend or do business with this company again.
