I called up there to check on my prescription and I got yelled at by a younger lady I asked to speak to the pharmacist and she blatantly told me NO. Customer service there was terrible

way. I would not recommend this place. They take lierberty on your meds they were the worst place I have ever ever used in my life. I am. Sure they would be good only to their kin folks. Major screw up

Wow. I have an elderly father who doesn't understand things at times. He was having a procedure done, and his prescription for the "prep" that you do before it was sent to Majors, but since they never even notified him of it, he didn't know it was there...or that it existed or that he even needed to do it because apparently everyone dropped the ball including his doctors office at Kirklin Clinic AND Majors because they never took the time to call him and tell him he had a script! I live 1hr and 45 mins from him, so I cannot help with these things, otherwise I would've caught this. He drove 70 miles to his appointment in Birmingham, (where I met up with him at his appointment) FOR NOTHING, because of course they couldn't do it, and couldn't get him rescheduled until May! (It's March). Small neighborhood pharmacies like this should give great customer service and be friendly if they have ANY chance of competing with the big guys. In MY opinion, they are very overpriced and have never been friendly at all...when I've used them in the past. I'm moving my father's medications to CVS or WalMart, or anywhere other than Majors. You've lost a long-time customer because you just don't care.
