Just purchased a 2022 F250 King Ranch from Long-Lewis. The salesman, Noah Mullins, worked with me remotely for almost a week and helped me by putting a hold on the truck until I could make it to the dealership 3 days later. This is my 2nd vehicle purchased from Long Lewis. Brad Mulligan and Michael Smith both helped me with the purchase. Sean Smirnoff helped my husband on two of his purchases as well. They all went above and beyond to make sure we was satisfied. I honestly don't feel like any dealership could come close to their customer service and pricing. 20/10 would recommend everytime.

Long Lewis has been amazing and my sales guy Rusty Weedon was so helpful and not pushy at all had that in past . He made it so easy for me I would recommend Rusty to anyone look buy new ride he great guys he just so easy deal with he make sure I was happy with everything . My wife and I had a wonderful experience buying our truck at long-Lewis. Our sales person , channler Mullins made the experience easy and showed us every courtesy and he was so knowledgeable in regards to the truck we were buying that we had no doubt we were buying the right vehicle to fit our needs. We were so impressed that our first choice in buying a vehicle in the future will be from channler and long Lewis ford.

This was the first time I ordered a vehicle from the factory. Shaun was great he walked me through the process and made it very easy. I order a Bronco Wildtrax and Shaun said it might take 6months to get it. Much to our surprise it only took 2 months. I traded in a Volvo that I had leased and needed to buy it before I could trade it in. This made the deal a little more complicated but Shaun and the folks at Long Lewis got me through it with no surprises. I am very happy with my new Bronco and Long Lewis Ford.

We went into Long Lewis River Region to look at Bronco Sports. My husband and I needed a vehicle that got better gas mileage and had a great experience with Chris McQueen. He is such an awesome guy and a low pressure car buying experience that we bought a second Bronco from Chris at Long Lewis within a week. We strongly recommend going here and working with Chris to buy any future vehicles.

Michael Smith at Long Lewis is absolutely amazing! We purchased a truck in January for my husband. He was kind and patient answering ALL of our (mainly mine) questions. We enjoyed working with him and the dealership so much, that when it came for a vehicle for me this month, we went right back to him. Dealt with Chandler Mullins and couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. No pressure at all. Went to look at one used vehicle and he suggested another that was a way better buy in a vehicle. We ultimately purchased the recommended vehicle and he was able to complete most of the paperwork while I went to pick up my wife from an appointment and ate lunch.

Had a great experience with them. Our salesman, Mr. C, was patient with us and helped us make sure we found exactly what we would be happy one. Everyone else in the chain - car finder to finance guy - were great and were all about making us feel comfortable. Drove home with a brand new Bronco Sport and couldn't be happier.

Just bought a new Ford F150 from Carey Pugh at Long-Lewis Ford, Carey meet with myself and my wife on his day off. Very good experience working with Carey, he practically transferred things from my old truck to the new one by himself and did detail due to detail Dept being off on Saturday.
