ROSA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only did she help me find the piece I was looking for but even called another store and helped me find a mechanic that I needed for a whole different problem. She’s the best!

I had help from Mr Joe V. today, and he was so helpful!!! He tested everything that needed to be tested and found the issue I was having with my car, and gave me different options to get it handled. He went above and beyond to help me and make sure I left knowing everything I needed to know. I appreciate him!!! Great job!!!

All employees were very nice and helpful. My engine light had come on and they gave me a print out as to the possible problems it could be. Very friendly store. Highly recommend

Needed a cherry picker and they didn't have one in the back. So she sold me the display.... thumbs up.

Cheaper to buy most parts for your car than from a auto dealer. If they don't have your part they can order it and get it in just a couple of days.

I do feel as if employees should have somewhat of a vague understanding of cars and their inner workings. I've called twice and somebody told me no can't get it nope don't know what you're talking ab nope have no idea. It's frustrating!

Checked my engine light...great job

My daughter attends Bevill State, so she is a bit distant from home for me to address any automotive issues. A few weeks ago, she had a daytime running lamp go out. I told her to go to this AutoZone and see if they could help. I talked with Joe on the phone, and prepped him for what she was bringing. When she got there, he went straight to work to fix the issue. Now this morning, she had a battery going bad on her. I called again, to fill them in on the situation, and when my daughter arrived, Lisa went to work. She replaced the bad battery, and checked the alternator. My daughter is now back on the road again. Thanks very much to Joe and Lisa for your help!!!!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful and have been as long as I can remember and the rewards sute do come in handy when you need it the most it seems.

The 5-star rating in this review is for Wayne, the assistant manager of the Jasper Alabama store. There was a problem with the two U-Joints that I had ordered online. Apparently someone had bought them before I did, and returned them missing some parts. These were obviously not inspected before they were put back in stock and eventually sold to me. Online customer service understood the problem, requested pictures which I sent, and told me that the Fulfillment Department would call me after the 4th of July.

NO call, Just an email with a return authorization for ONE U-joint which was to be accompanied by an explanation of the problem. Apparently they couldn't be bothered to look at the explanation and the pictures, they just wanted me to do their job for them!

If not for Wayne's help AutoZone would have moved to the bottom of my list of places I would ever shop.

Maybe I just lucked out by getting Wayne as my problem-solver, but he definitely changed my mind about where I go for auto parts. Typically I go to a competing store, but autozone was closer and I was in a bind. I don’t regret the change, Wayne was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond in customer service. You don’t really get that kind of care when shopping these days. Saved me money, gave me some great information, and got my daughter and I safely back on the road in record time. Thanks Wayne!!

I don't know how it is at any of the other AutoZone but here in Jasper you will not find anywhere else that has the best employees that are not only very smart about auto parts they make you feel at home when you walk in I'd say like family but they treat you better then family they give you time to talk and try to understand exactly what you need and get you the right part the first time and if they can save you some money they going to do it my mom and dad run auto repair here in Jasper for years and they didn't get parts no where but AutoZone they was so good to my mom and dad thanks for all y'all's help to me and my family.

I had to buy a new battery after work tonight, went by and the young gentleman was very nice and frendly. He put it on for me, thank goodness as I am single and know nothing about putting a battery on. Will continue to give them my business.

Great auto parts store . They even loaned me a gear puller once so I could remove a tub faucet stem .

They gave me instructions on how to use their diagnostic tool that tells you why the check engine light is on in your car and I did it with out any trouble. They can't do it for you anymore because of the Coronavirus. Very nice people.
