Sammi's sandwich

A community staple! Sammi's not only has delicious food but their philanthropic endeavors are some of the best in the area! My go-to chicken bacon ranch salad is the absolute best!! Everything down to their kids grilled cheese is good! Great portion sizes, amazing specials, not to mention affordable.

So glad my barber recommended this place to me. I passed it a few times without knowing what flavors I was missing out on.

Not only are the sandwiches better than any sub chain out there but the salads are made to order and stuffed full of fresh hand cut ingredients.

In addition their Friday meal specials are fantastic. Smart partnerships with local bakeries means you can always get an excellent desert here too.

Just writing this review has made me hungry for Sammi’s, so I’m going to go order something now.

If I want a sandwich, I can count on Sammi's for a delicious, generous one for lunch or dinner. Pick one out, hot or cold, and enjoy every bite.

They have daily specials that really are special. The special could be something classic or one that showcases the owner’s culinary creativity.

Scott, the owner, also reaches out on social media to get his customer’s input on dinner items that he should prepare. You have to pay attention because these super special treats are only available during a very limited time frame.

Sammi’s sandwiches are big! Nothing skimpy here! Sammi’s makes each sandwich fresh to order. Every time I’ve eaten here I’ve been happy.

The portions are huge and the prices are extremely reasonable. The folks working were definately on their "A" game. If you haven't tried Sammies, give it a shot. The Original Pig on a Wing was messy, but so worth it. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Absolutely love this place, sandwiches are amazing. Taco Tuesday...forget about all those other taco places. Some of the best tacos I've ever had, period.

Update: Tacos are still good, have since found exponentially better in Granite City. Every hot sandwich from here tastes the same, it doesn't matter what meat you choose. They all taste like the dirty griddle. Unfortunate

I just had one of the best sandwiches of my life. They were very nice and suggested the BLT since they only have tomatoes when they can get good ones. I added a fried egg to the top of it because I'm no amateur and ordered my sandwich to go. I don't remember the first bite because it put me in a trance that lasted 5 seconds to 10 minutes. I really don't know. After the last bite I started a slow applause that built up to a cheer only to realize I was the only one home. Still I cheered on because it was that good. Thank you Sammi's Sandwiches, you're doing the Lord's work out there.

If you want great salads & sandwiches you need to try this place. Scott & his staff are always quick & the food is amazing!

Been going for years, the sandwich are to die for hot or cold. The staff is always pleasant, real down to earth people. It's a small hole in the wall type place but it's worth a go anytime you want a great bit to eat. P.s grab napkins

The sandwiches are great, but don't forget the salads because they are AWESOME. Hooked up and you can't beat the price for what you're getting.
Also- beer cheese soup is ridiculous, try that.
The staff is friendly. It does get busy around lunch but if you call ahead for pick up you won't have a problem if you're in a time crunch.

Love this place! Great food, and the staff works together so well. You can tell they are a family, although they are not related by blood. RIP Kinya Galloway!

Seriously, this place is heaven. The portions are HUGE and I've never had anything there that I didn't like! Yesterday was my Birthday and the one thing I ask for is Sammi's every year for my meal! It is SO GOOD that my youngest helped me destroy it!

Do yourself a favor and check out the daily special. Every single one I’ve had have been incredible, including today’s summer salad!

The food is fresh and delicious plus, the servings are big! The staff are consistently lovely. You can easily sit and visit as well.

Always exceptionally good and the employees are always really nice. They helped meet my gluten free restrictions even though they were busy and it's literally a sandwich shop lol. I never find gross cartilage in my meat like some places have and they've just been around forever. Great place.

Awesome sandwich shop! Everything is fresh and high quality. The staff is friendly and they do a great job of making you feel welcome. I'd say this is one of the best places to get a sandwich in the St Louis metro area.
