Shawnee Springs Market

I loved this little market! We are not from the area and just stumbled upon this place.
One side has everything a convenience store would have, plus baked goods, sandwiches made fresh and ice cream. There's a little area on the side for eating.
The other side has fruits, jams, salsas, sauces, unique gifts and decor. The restroom is on this side, too.
The only thing I would add is an Icee machine.

We stopped by twice in one day!
Super friendly people, and an excellent array of sandwiches and baked goods, as well as a large attached market.

Great little farm shop with local products. Service was friendly and the market very clean. They have great pastries and canned vegetables and fruits. Canned peaches are a staple for the grandkids.

Nice little gifty store. The bakery is fantastic. I got a blueberry pie bar and it was awesome. We also bought a triple berry pie. Great place to buy baked goods.

Perfect roadside stop! Great local produce and gifts, not to mention the pies, pastries, and all kinds of sauces and canned goods. Of course you can get all the regular gas station goodies too: chips, popcorn, and a good beer selection. Our favorite go-to place :)

Awesome place to shop! The staff was helpful and very sweet! She was very friendly and personable! Will stop by there again!

I love this place. It may sound weird saying that about what most people think is just a gas station but once you go inside and to the market attached to the buildiung, it's another story. Went inside to get a drink after filling up and there was so much more than the typical chips and sodas at a gas station. Inside they had a bakery and all the pies and desserts looked delicious. We went with the cherry turnovers and just those alone is enough for me wanting to return. Crispy and flakey with the perfect amount of filling. At the farmers market we got some specialty flavored candy canes, some Cherry Cider, and were so very close to buying wind chimes from them. The wind chimes they had had such a nice tone to them. The staff on both sides of store were incredibly nice and helpful. Cant wait until Im headed in that direction again

This is a must stop before leaving Virginia or just entering Virginia. The best homemade pies in 500 miles, hands down. Fresh local produce and quality gifts. If leaving Virginia gas up here as the cost is lower than West Virginia and other surrounding states.

Very cute country store and best blackberry pie I've ever had! I guess it's good that I live near Buffalo, NY because I'd be getting pies at least once a week!

My Best friend kept telling me about this place and Let's just say she was Right! Homemade jams, dressings, BBQ sauce (bourbon BBQ sauce at that), apple butter (Pecan apple butter)...Mmmmmm and All kinds of Pies

A real live general store in the mountains! They had pecan logs and stick candy and these wonderful soaps and apple butter and peach cider and pepper jelly and everything!!!

The baked goods from here, especially the pies, are as good as homemade. We so enjoyed the cherry in particular. Very accommodating staff.

Great veggies. Their pies are awesome. I've tried their lunch specials and they are very good. They have Shell gasoline. The gas was about 10 cents more than stations around this location

The people here were super nice. I was just there to get gas and decided to get a coffee...but I left with a lot more. I'm writing a review for the pie though. I just had a slice of the best pie I've ever eaten in my life. It was the Fruits of the Forest pie that had just come out of the oven. When I got home, I had a slice and it was still warm. I dont know how it's so good, but its seriously delicious. You'll just have to go get one.

It was a great place it was very clean the employees were very nice and they had aot of great stuff there . And they fruits and vegetables looked great

I don't think it would be physically possible to make a better fruit of the forest pie. Seriously, it's THAT good

My hubs drove the whole 14 hour trip today without my assistance because I'm still sick... So when we stopped at this lil mom and pops market I snuck in and got him a present for being so awesome. He loves blackberry wine and real blackberry wine like this is hard to come by! I bought a bumbleberry pie which is made right there in store. Amazing shop! I'd go back if it wasn't so far away!

An adorable market with fresh fruits and veggies, fresh made pies and all kinds of pastries and jams. Definitely worth stopping and checking it out!
