Kind & patient staff!
Dr took the time to educate this anxious & frightened pet owner, & he also took the time to give helpful, detailed instructions on administering meds at home that my sick kitten required. I was touched he cared enough to spend the time giving me EXTREMELY valuable information (I learned a LOT during our visit) & also reminded me to remember the difference in cat & human perspective. His demeanor eased my anxiety & I felt better leaving the appointment despite my kitten needing ongoing treatment b/c this clinic obviously cares not only about the animals, but also the people who bring them in.
The lady at the front desk was warm, gentle, & solution focused. I definitely recommend this business & take comfort knowing my kitten has a knowledgeable & caring staff looking out for her.

This place is a hidden gem. The staff are nice and the vet is an older gentlemen who is more concerned about sharing his knowledge and helping one’s understanding than offending a millennials sense of self education.

Definitely left knowing more than when I came ! Great job!!

Love this place! I’ve gone to every single vet in the area almost and these guys are consistently fair, honest, trustworthy and never try to sell me on something I don’t need. I have four dogs and I take them all here and we have a great experience every time!

The staff is the reason I visit Azle Veterinary. They offer you special assistance in so many areas, always ready to save you money. Yep unheard! They are so good to Ben and Lucy that they actually understand going to the Vet can be a good thing! Perhaps serving customers a glass of wine after pet mani and pedi would work. It would work for me!

I've been taking my animals to Dr. Henley, for many, many years! He and his staff are very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and great with all my animals! I lo e the way Dr. Henley explains everything to you so you fully understand what's going on. He truly cares about the animals, and you don't find that anymore! Everyone just wants your money. Cindy & Hope in the front are a ray of sunshine!! I just love them! They are the sweetest ladies and have been there as long as I've been taking my fur-babies. They really know their stuff and can answer just about any questions you have with-in reason. I'm so happy to have a great veterinarian so close to home that I can trust with such a great staff!!!

Great staff! Great prices and really caring staff! They helped my Dotty when no one else would get her in for a week, they made room and got her in same day! Definitely recommend!

Got three of my cats fixed two males and a female for 350 bucks. That includes the e collar for the female and pain medication for the first three days. And I can happily say they are all doing good. The boys acted like nothing happened and the girl is only upset due to the cone but one week after surgery she is running and jumping and wrestling with her brothers.

They were so kind when my dog was sick and passed. I love this place an will always take my animals here.

I really love this local vet. The staff take great care of my dogs and they truly are animal lovers. Dr. Henley and staff have been taking care of my dogs for the past two years and the quality of care has been great. They are not out to drain your wallet for care your pets do not need and the costs are always reasonable. The prescriptions they sell are also reasonably priced compared to online stores. This is a good and honest veterinarian. The building is a little old, but that doesn’t have an impact on the quality of care we have received. We need more kind people like these folks!

Sam and I love Dr. Henley and his lady staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Henley gave me alternative advice to save me money. We are happy to have found a forever Vet.

I brought my sick cat into this office, our first time there, approximately 20 minutes early. They quickly got my cat's information and got us into a room. They quickly took his vitals (and were very caring and sweet towards my cat) and informed me that Dr. Henley was finishing up a surgery and had 1 more patient in front of us but despite that he was in the room within 15 minutes. He quickly laid out a plan of care for my cat, gave me detailed instructions on separating him from my others while he is getting over his illness so as not to infect them, had his assistant administer two shots and fill our antibiotics and had us on our way by 12:30. Of course I will have to wait and see if the medicine actually works but all in all I was very happy with this office.

I recently went to Gieb Veterinarian Clinic in Springtown because my new dog “Ralph” was chewing himself excessively. I had a feeling it might be mange. After all his past accommodations weren’t exactly the Ritz. (and Kart our dog that recently passed,had it when we adopted him, Karts was much worse). Melissa Bauer was the tech that looked at him. She did a skin scrape and determined that it was a mild case of Demodex mites and prescribed Cefpodoxime , (now Cefpodoxime proxetil is an oral cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections of the skin, such as wounds and abscesses as well as bladder and respiratory infections in dogs and skin and soft tissue infections in cats. It does not treat viral or parasitic infections.) Bravecto. (Bravecto is a new oral chew for protection against fleas and ticks and it is new and expensive!) and Benedryl None of these treat viral or parasitic infections”. She didn’t prescribe anything to take care of the mites. Weeks later I noticed that Ralph wasn’t getting any better. I only found out why after getting a second opinion from “The Azle Veterinary Clinic”. They prescribed Raph Ivermectin and it seemed to work right off the bat. My question is: Why would a vet not prescribe something to treat the cause and let it get worse? I just don’t get it? I do not recommend Geib! But highly recommened Azle Veterminary Clinic. They even managed to squeeze us in the next day. Thank God, because the dog would whine loudly at night while scratching himself to the point of blisters.

My new vet for my 2 Shih tzus. Luna Rose 15 mo and Lilly Mae 9 weeks. Very nice vet and the ladies are super friendly.

I took my dog in without an appointment. It was fairly important as he was having bloody stools and not eating or drinking. I only had to wait for 10 minutes to see Dr. Henley. I had never been there so Toby was a new patient. The vet and employees were very friendly and gentle with my toy Chihuahua. I was very pleased with my visit

I'm located in grand prairie and my father is in spring town and I needed to take his dog in to be seen when looking for a vet they were the first to pop up and I'm grateful they were. The nicest ladies at the front desk and the doctor was very kind and well educated! Extremely grateful for the kindness they showed to us! They will now be my dads vet of choice!

I have taken my cat and Dog there. And will continue to do so.. I loved the service they provided. They cared a great deal whether my fur babies were comfortable,and gave them the care (personal & medical) that they needed.

The receptionist is very polite and professional. The facility is clean and organized. My pet seems very comfortable in the waiting area. I would highly recommend the establishment.
