I shopped in the jewelry dept in Abilene, TX on 6/14/23. I was searching for a necklace for my mom so she can place the pendant that holds my sister’s ashes on a sturdy, pretty necklace. We were helped by Joe Welsh. He was super helpful and friendly in allowing mom to try on the jewelry and informing us of the deals JC Penney had, helped me get a new JCP Credit card because my old one had turned off due to inactivity. I was so pleased and excited about the purchase and customer service that i had forgotten my temporary credit card at the counter! I took my mom to her dr appt then we went back to shop! :) I didn’t even realize that I didn’t have my temporary CC. Joe saw me at checkout, approached me and asked my name before handing over the temporary Credit card. I appreciate that he was cautious in this & honest! My entire interaction with Joe Welsh was pleasant and appreciated! I was wanting to leave a review but realized my access code for survey was only valid for 10 days :( . I have been so busy working 12 hr shifts as an RN in the ER and finally have a day off now to catch up on things.

I always go to there salon because that's where my hair dresser works. I also love there men's clothes.

Feb 2021. Pandemic time. The collections in men's clothing was not lacking at all. I was able to buy Levi's, which was on sale, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to afford. Dockers had great collection too. Customer service was great, I really had someone assist me in selecting the sizes. This was my first time visiting this location.

Mother's Day Sale paid off for me today. I saved $72 purchasing two pillows, and found a pair of earrings at a great discount too. Staff were friendly and helpful. The store was quiet during the day, and I enjoyed the experience.

I liked their selections I found pretty much all my Christmas gifts there great prices good quality merchandise.

Always come here each Veterans day. I did buy anything this year but almost did. I didn't find the gloves or house shoes I usually got. Still I loved looking around

Tryed to get help in the Jewelry department the girl just said this is on sale and walked of it was not what I was looking for, she went to talk to another associate so I waited and waited to purchase she looked at me and never came to help she just kept laughing and talking so Took my business to another Store and got a person that gave great customer service. Will not be back..

If you are well endowed as I am then you definitely know how hard it is to find a good bra...Went into JCPenny and I must say that Cristela was very helpful, she was patient and kind enough until I got two wonderful bras. Thank you so much for all your help!

Very friendly staff who helped with new sit I needed for wedding while in the state. Clean and good prices.
