KFC

Staff was super freindly the establishment was clean and the food came out fresh and piping hot.

Stopped here for a quick snack on a run to Tyler. The restaurant was clean, as were the bathrooms. The food was good, but we've all eaten at KFC, so I won't comment other than it was good.
BUT! Above all, the staff was SUPER friendly!! They were above and beyond nice. I spent most of my time here just visiting and chatting with them! They made a simple visit to a fast food place exceptional!!

I had the 2 piece breast n wing combo meal. It was delicious and well cooked. They had delicious raspberry tea, stawberry n watermelon drink, and pepsi all of which I enjoyed alot. The facility was very clean. I got to eat in the lobby unlike at Popeyes, which the drive thru is the only thing open because of being short staffed.

I have absolutely NEVER received service from a fast food establishment like I did today. I went through the drive-thru where I was both pleasantly and promptly greeted. The young lady's glowing personality shown through the speakers. As I pulled to the window to retrieve my order I found her infectious smile to be contagious! It's sad that we have grown so accustomed to mediocre and subpar customer service but Ms. Regina truly brightened up my previously sullen mood! KFC, hire 20 more of her! Oh and I hope my food is good! Lol

Restaurant was clean, the staff was working very hard, despite being short-staffed. Food was hot, fresh and appetizing.

I just had to leave a review for Ms. Regina. She took our order with such kindness and patience (we had weird questions on how to pair things best and she helped a lot). We tend to not get every item we order at other restaurants, but this time and every time before that I’ve had Ms. Regina, we’ve gotten everything, hot and fresh. Thank you for caring, Ms. Regina. You radiate such joy!

Awesome customer service! Very attentive to my unusual request, for a child’s birthday order. Oddly enough, my son wanted his 8th birthday at KFC, with a bucket of drumsticks. Regina and her team came through for a birthday wish to come through. Staff prior to the day of was top notch and staff during the “party” made it enjoyable and memorable. This location is the best!

The food was hot and cooked perfectly. The lady at the window was very nice and upbeat. Tried their new nuggets and they are a must have.

After eating at a KFC in another location more than 10 years ago I had completely wrote KFC off my list of places to eat. They have either cleaned up their act or the other location was really badly run. This one is as good as I remember from when I was a kid. #ILoveOriginalRecipe

There was only like 2 people working, no kidding. Food was hot and my order was perfect. Took a bit to cook my wings but it was worth the wait.

Food is perfectly done, fast and friendly service while still being accurate. Would highly recommend this location! Best in Texas!

I just want to say that , Regina Oliver, is the happiest face in a drive through window! She makes me happy to eat at KFC! 5 star service!

Good southern fried chicken. Excellent customer service, especially the shift Supervisor "Larry", he made us feel at home and was very suggestive on menu items.

The 2 employees that were closing the store tonight were working and communicating with each other very good. I'm talking calm and clear communication skills. Way to go! You're communication was great together. Theyy were both friendly and attentive to my dinner request. Thanks to the beautiful lady at the drive thru and the man preparing our meals. You guys deserve recognition and again thank you for doing the job well.

This was the first time that we had eaten at the restaurant in a few years. The food was delicious.
The people were very nice and quick to get the meal ready. When we got home from the drive through, the food was prepared in different boxes and easy to figure out what was whose.

We always go through the drive thru here. They never mess up our order, never! For the most part the employees are kind and are great about getting your order ready quickly. The outside of the building is clean, you never see trash in the parking lot. The food is always fresh. It's real hard to drive home with fresh KFC in your vehicle! Ya just can't get home fast enough! ⭐(Safe driving is highly suggested)⭐

Customer service is amazing. The ladies who work there are on task. Quick friendly service. Hot food, great prices, Clean environment and bathrooms. I love this KFC.
