Service was great. They are the only place in Dallas that sells Speed Queen washers. Very knowledgeable staff, not pushy at all. Even the delivery people were great.

I had a great experience with Rick at North Texas appliance start to finish. I was promptly and cortesiouly served. I got just what I wanted at prices that were less than the big box stores. Installation was professional and timely. That had a very large selection of brands btw.

The customer service from this business is outstanding. We ordered several appliances at the end of the covid shut down where supplies were low, shipping slow, but they always kept us well informed about the progress of our order. We have never made a call to them that they didn't hop right on things to answer our questions or send us the needed information we wanted. We highly recommend North Texas Appliance to our friends and we will be repeat customers.

My wife and I shopped there for our new range and they were more than helpful and informative. Yesterday my dishwater pump went out and I called Daniel and told him the part I was looking for. He was able to get it from his vendor and to me the next day. He even stayed around a few minutes late so I could get the dishwasher working again. Dishwasher is working and the wife is happy. I was in the market for a replacement 33" wide electric, glasstop range. Salesman Bob took the time to locate the model/color I wanted in local inventory. Delivery, installation, and removal of previous unit is delayed until the 7th of July because of the holiday; I told Bob the 10th would be fine, he insisted on the seventh.

Treat yourself by strolling through the showroom of North Texas Appliance. I am glad I did.

This company is an absolute God send! All of the employees are extremely nice and professional. At the last minute we were seeking an oven for our Grandparents and they were extremely helpful and ended up giving us a beautiful convection version from their scratch and dent area for a discounted rate. Installation day rolls around and it ends up being too small for the cutout that my Grandparents have. I was in complete panic, but they had a bigger size and went and grabbed that and installed it beautifully for them. My grandma was in tears sending me pictures of the new oven. It was life changing for her. Thank you so much to all of North Texas Appliance. You will never know how much you impacted all of our lives!

I am so glad I went to North Texas Appliance for my new refrigerator! Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming! They even have a “Scratch and Dent” area where you can get top of the line appliances at great discounts simply because of a little scratch or dent! That’s what I went with and I love my new GE Profile fridge! They delivered it when I wanted it, set it all up and taught me how to use all the bells and whistles! It’s always nice to frequent a local place instead of a big chain store! Thankful and grateful I did! Thank you all at North Texas Appliance! I will be back!

This is not a review because of a purchase, but because the staff is amazing especially Daniel the in house Tech. Our Kenmore refrigerator just went out and I woke up to all our newly purchased meat thawed and warm. Called bright and early to ask for help and they transferred me over to Daniel right away. He was probably on the phone with me for 20mins walking through steps and what to troubleshoot. He told me to come on in and he would check the capacitors that I was able to remove just to eliminate that as the issue. Showed up and he took me to the back service area and checked all the parts and all tested good. The whole time explaining what he was looking at. Mind you he did not once talk down to me as some people do when you ask questions or are less knowledgeable. He even took the time to show me in other refrigerators on site what I should look for. Unfortunately the issue is a new refrigerator, but or a $900 fix. I will definitely be stopping in as more stuff is needed or if any repairs are needed just because of the experience and how the whole situation was handled. Wasnt pressured into buying a refrigerator or anything just plenty of good insight. Thank You Daniel.

I purchased a full washer/dryer set from them today. I've looked for several weeks, and finally went directly to Maytag to find out where I could purchase this product, because big box stores haven't been able to order it, without it taking 2+ months to come in. Maytag sent me to North Texas Appliance, and they were able to order it for me, and it will be delivered on Friday! Super nice people, and a better price than I've found ANYWHERE else in the metroplex or online! Thank you!

We had done our research before entering the store concerning the washer and dryer types we were looking for, and he understood our concerns and helped us in the process. After a HORRIBLE experience with our refrigerator order from Home Depot, which included us waiting a week for delivery, only to call THEM when it didn't show up and find out the fridge was on backorder for a MONTH (which was NEVER communicated to us), we cancelled our order with them and called North Texas Appliance. Not only did they make ordering the same refrigerator quick and easy over the phone, but they somehow worked some magic and got us our fridge the NEXT DAY.

It took a little longer than I would have liked to get the matching dryer to the set due to the pandemic supply chain disruptions, but it was worth the wait. Just about every appliance in my house is from NTA now and when my dishwasher dies I know exactly where I'll be headed. Thanks again NTA!
