I've been here over half a year now and I'm really happy with this apartment. Yes, you do hear the trains that come through as the tracks go right by the complex, but it's honestly not that much of a distraction. Even with the trains, this has by far been the quietest apartment I've ever lived in. I've only had a few very minor issues that required maintenance, but when I have contacted maintenance, they were professional, prompt, and knew exactly what they were doing.

I would gladly recommend this apartment to anyone searching for an apartment in the Abilene area.

Amazing apartment complex, one of the best in Abilene in my opinion. The staff is friendly and they don’t bother you at all like other places. It feels like you’re living in your own house honestly. There’s no one living upstairs since all buildings are one story, so you don’t have to worry about noisy people living above you. It’s very clean, there are no bugs or rodents of any kind. Apartments are very spacious, modern, and clean. Very quiet community, would highly recommend living here.

This place is nice and quite . It will stay that way .
There is no assigned parking tho and with that folks act entitled to park MORE than one vehicle per apartment under awnings at ALL times.

Great staff & grounds. Maintenance is extremely prompt and skilled. I love not having upstairs neighbors. We've lived here for 2 years and have had zero problems. Very pet friendly. We like to walk our dog to the back of Zoo Lake #2 which is directly connected to the property. Rent is high for an apartment, but you get what you pay for- large rooms, high ceilings, actual wood cabinets... way better than any other apartment complex in this run down city.

Edit: yes, you can hear the train go by. It's really not that bad.

Absolutely love this place. Apartment is clean, spacious, with plenty of storage space . The complex is well maintained and quiet.

Janet in the office is helpful and attentive. The service team is quick on their feet the benefits far outweigh any issue that we might have. Love living here.
