Shane's crew did an amazing job repainting my work van. Aaron was pleasant to work with. He kept me up to date through the process. The whole team there is amazing. I went with the cheapest process as possible due to the paint peeling off (factory paint defect). They do amazing work from what I saw when I was there. They also replaced my windshield for $150 less than a regular windshield replacement shop. They were finished on time and at price quoted. Thank you so much for the amazing job.

We had an entirely new paint job, as well as minor body work, done on my husband’s truck at Maaco in Rockwall. The staff there was very professional and friendly. Brad went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and satisfied with the final product. Brad was great about keeping us updated and informed and was always willing to answer any questions we had. Even when we had a few things we had some issues with, Brad made sure everything was done to our complete satisfaction. We are extremely happy with the way the truck turned out and highly recommend Maaco in Rockwall.

Maaco was my first choice when insurance asked me where I wanted to take my car. They were able to easily schedule in the same phone call as filing my claim, could get my car in within the week and drop off was super smooth. Aaron communicated very thoroughly and even got my car back to me earlier than planned/expected! Hopefully I won’t need them again but would not hesitate to return if I do! Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service! I went for an estimate for a dent and scratch in my hood. Instead of giving me some ridiculous quote for repair. They buffed out the scratch for free and referred me to a pop a dent company down the street which provided me excellent service. My hood was brand new again within a few hours. Top notch customer service. If I needed more advance body work done. I would never go anywhere else but the Maaco in Rockwall. Thanks for making my day.

I’ll be honest, when I thought of getting car repair, I never would have imagined I would be so pleased with the service. The most shocking thing was that they called every week to inform me what was going on in the repair. “Your Yukon has been disassembled and parts ordered. Your Yukon is now being prepped for paint. Your Yukon is getting a new hood today.” Ect. I was kept informed of the process, even the back-and-forth between them and my insurance which they handled completely. Got my Yukon back in good as new condition! Highly recommend!! Thank you!!

The team at macco did an excellent job repainting a fender that I broke. They were able to take a part i bought online and paint match with my car. If I ever have to get my car repainted i will he goi g to macco again. They also provided a competing price compared to all the other competitors in the area(half of what others were charging). The work was also done quick and they communicated well throughout the whole experience.

I wish I would have gotten his name yesterday, but I was so shocked at the outstanding service I was given I forgot (he had red hair). My son, who is in basic training now, has a 2016 F150, something was poured or leaked on the hood causing some pretty nasty runs and spots. I had been to 3 other shops and they all told me it couldn’t be wrapped but needed to be painted because the clear coat was damaged. I went to Maaco just to try and see when they could get to it, in the hopes it would be fixed by the time my son graduates basic. He came out and looked at the hood, and immediately said he didn’t think it was damage to the clear coat. He pulled the truck inside and proceeded to buff the entire hood and it looks perfect. It’s not often you experience the kind of customer care and attention they gave me yesterday. Thank you Maaco, I can’t recommend you enough!

The owner was a very nice man, I was only there for about 10-15 minutes. The drive there was longer than actually being there. They helped me out free of charge and his employee Aaron was a huge help. He got the paint off my bumper without putting a claim on my insurance. 10/10 will be back for any collision repair needs.

The good folks at Maaco provided me white glove service, including returning my rental car for me. My car had hail damage and was returned to me without any signs of a dent! I highly recommend for any of your auto body or painting needs! Great work Shane and Team!
