Went in to use their automated key making machine...

Very easy to use, simple instructions, multiple choice of key designs... the only thing I didn't like is to get a receipt you have to put in your email address...

One thing that does separate Lowe's from all the other box stores around is there is plenty of help from experts who know exactly what you need!

Lowe’s had so many good things on sale, we wanted to buy everything! It just so happened that we were in a hurry and needed to get home but otherwise we would have been like so many, with a cart full!!!

Found most items we needed and Buddy, our English Bulldog pup cleaned up in there. He is persistent on getting attention and today he scored big. Lots of attention since it was so busy plus a very nice lady in the cabinet department was kind enough to give us the whole treat container and lil steak treats too!

When I first bought my house several years ago, I got a credit card to the other big home improvement store (the orange one) because it was just right down the road. Most of my hardware needs were bought there, so I rarely shopped at Lowe's. Well, I saw an amazing deal on some Christmas lights here and decided to come on Black Friday. I'm not the type to fight anyone, so when I made a vow to not be upset if they were out. We got there about 10 minutes after they opened (not fighting BF crowds) and the associates asked us what we were looking for. Then they said they were sold out, but they could order it for us and get them next week and for the same price. They were so nice and helpful that I wish I would've gotten the credit card here. Thank you Lowe's! We will definitely be shopping here more often.

My husband goes into the store everyday and tells me how Ms. Sabrina, Ms. Candice Mr Aden Mr Eric and Mr Chris are very helpful. They have excellent customer service and are always willing to help with everything. They always keep smiles on their faces and see to that he gets everything he is looking for.

The starlff are excellent. The young man that helped us. Gave us very excellent service. We left our phone in the car he loaned us his to check the price! Who does that these days.

They have sales and things of that nature like any place that sells similar items but their bathrooms set them apart in cleanliness and functions, plenty of soap and paper, latches to door that actually work, and clean floors.

Lynn in the appliance department went above and beyond to help me find the best electric oven and even the best bang for my buck. She took the time to hear what I needed, and even checked in the back to be sure she was giving me all the options she could offer. She was very personable, kind, and understanding. We talked as if we’ve known each other for years compared to the actual 5-10 minutes it really was. I completely forgot about the cord, and she was knowledgeable of what plug was typically needed for a house built before the 2000’s. I highly recommend you ask for Lynn for any of your appliance needs! Thanks again Lynn! I appreciate you more than you know!

Employees are helpful in helping you locate what you need. Great selection in the Garden Center.

This store is very well kept. Shelves are stocks, and the staff was very helpful.

Mr D, the supervisor in the plumbing department helped me and my family with an emergency plumbing problem during the winter storm. He is not just an employee at Lowe’s. He is a superhero! He saved the day! Oh how I love hot water!

Always been a fan of Lowe’s over their competitors; the employees tend to be more knowledgeable and more present. Every time I go in I’m always greeted and asked if I need help.

A man named Paul helped us. He was super nice, explained what we needed, didn't rush or seem bothered.

I really like going to getting on my gardening supplies here Lowe's has some good prices on some of their gardening supplies just recently picked up and got some stuff to make Garden green and again lawn care products for those needs as well

Always love Lowes and their merchandise. Although, they didn't have one particular item I was looking for but my visit there was awesome as always.

Only Lowe's I've ever been into where multiple employees asked if I needed help. It was unusually quick and convenient. Came in to exchange a rug and have some window shades cut. I was there for a long while. My order was kind of big and tedious, but Carl jumped on it with a good attitude.

Store well stocked and clean. Enough staff on the floor to help but not be annoying. Shelves neat and tidy with items in their place. Checkout was fast and easy. Considering making them my go to first stop for home improvement items.

I just want to commend manager John and this Lowe's for his time in making my elderly parents' installation of a microwave happen and then doing right by them when there was an error in the installation charge. The Lowe's staff that we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. Thank you!
