Patrick's Dry Cleaners

I meant to review this place sooner—I needed a dry cleaning place in Waco and heard about this one. I took a few formal dresses and sweaters, and all came out beautifully (and they have super fast service, 24 hours!!). When I first walked in, I was greeted by the super friendly owner and he walked me through how their process works. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I use them every week and I’ve never had a problem with my clothes. They do an amazing job and very fast service. The owners always address me by name and go above and beyond to offer quality service. Very happy customer!

I have had clothes cleaned at Patrick's for over 10 years and have received wonderful service. If I had any issue, it was handled to my satisfaction. Before finding Patrick's, I had been to many cleaners with not good results. My husband's clothes were ruined by different cleaners as well as some of mine with no offer of compensation. Thank goodness I found Patrick's. The employees know me and have my account ready when they see me which saves me time. I highly recommend Patrick's.

Patrick's always does a great job and the folks that work there are always smiling! I know that my clothes will be clean and delivered back to me sparkling clean. They are super honest as well. I left $60 in a pocket and didn't even know it until they returned it when I picked up my order.

I’ve been using these guys for 7 years. Love the drive-up/drop-off/pick-up option. They take great care of my clothes. Fast turnaround. Never had a problem. And always friendly service. Love the email updates when my items are ready. Love Patrick’s!

UPDATE: I spoke with Patrick and he fixed the issue quickly. He also let me know exactly what to ask for as I rarely take my clothes to the cleaners. I have changed from 3 to 5 stars. They truly are awesome and stand behind what they do. Thank you Patrick. 😊😊😊

I have taken my clothes here a few times. The owners are always very friendly so nothing against them at all. I gave 3 stars because both pair of slacks have a hem all the way down the front of the pant leg and the crease was not aligned nor were the top of the pants ironed. Still wrinkled. I did not want my pants creased because of the hem that goes from the top of the pants down to the bottom. So I have two creases down both pant legs. Someone was in a hurry and didn’t seem to care. I took them in for same day service so you know that was an extra cost. I am disappointed but will go back. I hope next time this doesn’t happen.

Excellent customer service! Services provided for dry cleaning and laundry were always done well! As a repeat customer liked the idea that the owner recognized me and remembered how I like my items treated and the email notice that my laundry was ready for pickup was a plus. Originally chose this business due to the proximity to my office but now that I am retired will drive out of my way to take my business here.

Patrick's has always done an exceptional job on all of my dry cleaning and shirt laundering/pressing. They take extra steps to make sure the shirt collars will hold their shape until they are worn. If I take a garment to them that is not something that fits into the instructions they have on file for me, they always call to verify what I need done. I highly recommend Patrick's!

I've been cleaning my suits and having moderations done (when they did them) for about 6 years and they're great! The staff is professional, friendly and will explain anything you have questions about. I love their quickness and pricing to get my suits cleaned!

Not only is the customer service exceptional, but they take extra care to make sure that clothes are laundered and dry cleaned appropriately, noting creases, buttons, seams, etc. The pricing is competitive with other quality dry cleaners in the area. Patrick is one of the best local business owners around.

They've always done good work- and they can send out for alterations and shoe repair as well. I've had good luck with both of those services. The best though is that Patrick is a real person and a good guy. If there's anything wrong he'll work with you to get it right.

I recently visited Patrick’s Dry cleaners, and i came in with a. comforter, few pants, dress shirts and a white hoodie to be cleaned. Very well priced for all the clothes, but all came smelling fresh and my white hoodie that had DARK stains came looking BRAND NEW which was the first cleaners to do that. Very good place, nice people, and Patrick himself is a nice and polite guy, i would definitely recommend and i will come here as long as i’m in waco !

Best cleaners in town. Everyone who works there is kind and friendly. Turn around time is impeccable! If you happen to be waited on by Patrick himself, he works hard to remember each of his customers by name, which is a nice touch!

They are miracle workers! I was given a VERY last minute load to send to them and needed them back the day after a holiday...50/50 chance. And got them back the next day!!!! My company will always give them our business!!
