This is the place to go if you need to talk to someone about whatever you’re working on. I have never waited long for someone to help me. Today & yesterday I consulted with a woman, I believe the franchise owner, who’s forgotten more about plumbing than I ever knew. Got me just what I needed.

Now, square footage alone would indicate they don’t carry everything the big stores have, but they generally have what you’re looking for. I go there for what they have in abundance — customer service.

I was in Circle Lumber today to get lumber for shelves and have it cut. Lol, this is where my dad used to go when I was a child, and I'm almost 81 now. Evan, with patience way beyond Job's, spent time with me figuring out what I needed, arranged to get it cut, and called me in a few minutes to pick it up. SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE IN COMPARISON TO LOWE'S AND HOME DEPOT! Another young man who cut the lumber was so nice and helped, also. I didn't get his name, but these two gave "old time" customer service in 2023. The price was great, too. If you really want and need personal service, help and advice, go to Circle Lumber. You will experience "old time" customer service just like when customers knew and were treated like they mattered, SO rare today! There were only 5 stars, but I would give these two young men and Circle Lumber 10. The made my day!

Have come here several times for very specific needs and the staff has been incredibly helpful and gone out of their way to help. Highly recommend

The staff did an excellent job helping me out getting what I need to repair the toilet. I bought the right supplies for the wax ring for the toilet and concrete, for the hole under the wax ring is going to be replaced and we also got a new oval toilet seat for our final work.

First time in Circle Hardware and I can’t begin to express how great an experience it was. From the moment we walked through the door full of questions to when we left full of knowledge was incredible. Think we may have found our new hardware store…

The staff was on point and clearly understood what I was saying in a "roundabout" way. They immediately took me under their wings and handled everything! Thank you! for over the last 30 year. Since the new owners have taken over
there inventory has increased greatly and prices have become more competitive. You save time for sure then having to deal with the big companies .They get you in and out quickly.

Soon as I stepped in door, a gal down the isle asked what can I help you with. Loved her bubbly, funny and friendly attitude, with every one she came in contact with. Needed an odd size tiny tiny nut, we couldn't find correct nut, so she got someone who could. 1st visit to this little hardware store and I prefer mom and pops, I've got to say this was the quickest and friendliest yet.

Great store I found what I was looking for right in a minute and the workers was really helpful highly recommended

This place is great and would recommend it to anyone looking for great customer service and competitively priced products! The only hardware store I shop at in town. They’ve had everything I’ve ever needed from lawn equipment, lighting, concrete anchors, and dryer plugs. You are greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable face every time you walk in. An employee takes you to exactly what you need and will talk you through what would be best for your project. Guaranteed quick, convenient, and hassle free every time.

All you could ask of a small hardware store, and then some. Customer service is amazing, I was in the store for less than 10 minutes and was asked if I needed help four times. Definitely will go here if I can help it instead of Lowe's. Student discount available here too, not sure if they have veteran discount like Lowe's since I didn't have to ask because of student discount.

I needed some toilet connection advice, and J.P. was just the guy. He steered me in the right direction and his expertise worked like a charm. His entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly when I returned looking for sink drain parts. J.P. we will be back!! Thank you!!

This is a great, medium-sized hardware store. The prices of most items are right in line with the big box stores, but the service and attention to your needs is better. Another plus is the out of stock items can mostly be aquired in a day since their distributor is here in Waco. They are also the only game in town for quality hardwoods, but they are not priced like the only choice. Very fair. I suggest always stopping here before visiting any of the Aces in town.

It took me close to 2 hours running around Waco trying to find someone to make a copy of my front door key. Luckily a nice gentleman call around for me as well Circle Hardware was the only place in town open on Saturday that could get the job done for me. Very friendly people and prompt service. I am most grateful

My go to hardware store for sometime now. Prices compare to big box style stores but as others have said, the service at circle hardware cannot be beat. Staff have always been friendly and welcoming as well as super helpful. If they don't have something you need on their shelves it can be ordered in a day or so.

As young homeowners, we are inexperienced in home projects and repairs. We choose to shop at Circle Hardware for our home improvement projects and general hardware needs because the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There is always a smiling face to greet you and help direct you to the products you are needing. Their associates are great resources for how to complete projects and the appropriate supplies that are needed. I can't say enough positive things about our experience at Circle Hardware and how they are not just a place to go buy supplies but also a resource for our projects.
