Cool old-school hardware store, very nice and helpful people work there .

The only reason I'm giving this establishment 5 stars is I believe in supporting the local neighborhood, independently owned Hardware Stores. Generally, the team needs some sensitivity training. They might be able to keep their prices reasonable if they didn't drive of the customers with piss poor service and Karen at the front door. They should definitely consider hiring a person who can better relate to the demographic. Having said that, it's special to have a hardware store in a residence community. It's convenient to most Waco neighborhoods and some of the guys in there can actually answer tough fix-it yourself questions. This joint would be hopping with customers day and night if they had a few people skills and charged for the products and not the convenience.

Karen doesn't matter, your prices are too high. SMH, I overstand. But I've noticed some obscene mark ups. If l spend less in gas, it makes NO sense

OMG a hardware store where the people actually know what they're doing where their products are and how to treat their customers... I got sold a jigsaw at a pawn shop, was told blades for it are universal. Stopped at home hardware center on my way home and not only did the gentleman explain to me that they are not universal he showed me how to use them found the ones I needed for the purpose I needed and put them in it for me showed me how to take them out and put them in and then again tested the jigsaw.
I wish I was better with names but it's a mom and pop place he said that the same owner has owned it for 60 plus years. everybody should shop here... Keep Waco strong.... He was there with a wonderful woman that was nice knowledgeable and helpful as well...
I was also going to buy cement to fill in the gap between the ground and my back patio and he advised against it and told me what to do to keep my dog from going underneath... Free advice did not push a product on me that I did not need....

America needs more places like HOME HARDWARE CENTER.

This is a small hardware store that has been owned by the same people since the early 60's. It's a small store, but the inventory they have is good. The staff was very friendly as well.

This place is amazing, small Mom and Pop store. Moreover, they almost everything one could need to accomplish small task around the house. Highly recommend utilizing them for home repairs.

Best lol mom and pop hardware store on the north side of town! Always my first stop and usually my last till the next project!!
