Could not be more impressed with EVERYTHING about this store. The jewelry is exquisite, the people are friendly, knowledgeable and work to bend over backwards to serve, and the in-store merchandise will meet any need. They have come through with awe-inspiring creations time and again for me and have kept my wife MORE than happy with any gift from them. No reason to shop anywhere else, just come here and know you WILL be taken care of!

I've had my engagement ring for about 16 yrs and it belonged to my husband's grandmother from 1943. I was hesitant to take it anywhere all these years to be assessed. A friend recommended Gholson's and after reading the reviews I felt comfortable with handing over my ring. I got it back today after having it retipped and it is beautiful! I am so thrilled with the results. It's perfect.

Another local jeweler damaged the shanks of my wedding and engagement bands on a simple solder job. Gholson's cut off the damaged portion, added a new half-shank (made it look seamless), and thus made my rings look good as new! Very happy with the results.

This place is the real deal... I didn't buy my wife's engagement ring at Gholson's (unfortunately-as I wasn't familiar), but did purchase both of our wedding bands there. They have great product at a fair price, but what really sets them apart is the service they provide. They are always SO kind, helpful, fun, and honest. I have sent at least a half-dozen friends there to buy engagement rings and they have all had the same experience. Gholson's keep it up. You guys are the picture of a small-business done right.

This is a husband and wife owned and operated jewelry store. They've been in Waco for over 20 years and have the kindest and most amazing customer service ever. They do custom jewelry, high-end jewelry and repairs. I've been a customer for over 20 years. I can't recommend them enough. So amazing and caring. I had an old set of my mother’s ring guards that I thought might be “redone” into a one piece ring and since our family has been coming to Ghoulson’s for years , brought it to them with my idea. What a magnificent job!! They gave new life to a very sentimental piece. It is a gorgeous ring now with repaired prongs for the diamonds—expert work putting the rings together and a final thorough cleaning—-all at a very fair price! I am one VERY satisfied client!

Awesome local jeweler with great staff behind the counter. Lauren helped my wife and I pick out my wedding band. She helped us looked through all of their options and let us know that they could order items as well. I ended up selecting a ring that they had in stock, and after wearing it for a few days decided it needed to be resized. Cole resized it while I wait and it turned out great.

Can’t say enough good about the company and their employees. I will be going back in the future!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome work and designs. At the store, I did not feel like I was just another sale. They put all my concerns, worries, and trust issues of jewelry stores to rest. They made me feel like I am the only person in the store (a line of about 8 other customers) and they answer ALL my questions.They took the time to show me things about my rings and diamond.
