By far, one of my best experiences with a car dealership. The staff was amazing! I never felt pressured to buy a car. Billy Madison was awesome!! He answered every question I had, and he was upfront and honest with his opinions. Even after purchasing a vehicle, which was a surprisingly easy process, Billy texted later that evening just to check in and see how I was enjoying the car. The owner, Tracy, treated my girls and me like family. I can't express enough how much I appreciate everything they've done. They've set the bar extremely high when it comes to customer service. Thank you again, Billy and Tracy!!

We bought a car from Tracy this week and it has been an all around experience. Prior to coming to Tracey, we had gone to roughly 8 other places. Each one was over priced. Shady. Or just not good. Tracey was very patient with us and pointed us to the cars we had in mind. If he doesnt have the car you want he will find it for you. He and his family has been true to their words and have great used cars. I would come here again. They treated us like their family. 10/10 recommend

Tracy’s Autos Review

I had previously went to a few other car lots BEFORE I went to Tracy’s. They were nothing but headaches!!

A guy at one place flirted with me so much and tried to get a sale that way.
Another one at a different car lot lied to my face about what the contract would say...and he even lied about the price of the vehicle. It’s a long, tiring story. He tried to take advantage of me, because my husband wasn’t with me.

....then I went to Tracy’s.

Tracy took away all of the stress of buying a car. It was actually very easy! He was up front and honest about EVERYTHING!!

Customer service there was excellent and greatly exceeded all of my expectations!!!

Tracy, Tanner and the finance manager were all 3 amazing to work with and talk to. They didn’t make me nervous or try to talk down to me because I was a woman.

I will NEVER go to another dealership. I will recommend Tracy’s Autos in Waco to all of my family and friends.

We were in the market for a safe, reliable vehicle for our 17 yr old granddaughter. The salesperson was great about showing us the vehicles with the highest safety standards and mechanically dependable for a young lady’s first car. They gave us a good price and we were in and out in no time. When the salesperson handed my granddaughter her new keys, he said, “you have to make me one promise, please do not ever text while driving.” I appreciated that so much and it really made an impression on our granddaughter. I would highly recommend Tracey’s Auto Sales to anyone looking for a good deal on a used vehicle and honest, caring salespeople.

I had the best customer service when I purchased my Mini Cooper from John Maxwell. Ben and the gang including the mechanics went above and beyond my expectations. Some people may speak about the cost of used cars being over priced at Tracy's, I personally don't think so, because the true value is the fact that they will always make sure you are truly satisfied! I have referred family and friends to Tracy's and will continue to do so!

I was able to find the exact SUV I wanted. I have had it now for 3 months. It is everything I asked for. Low miles,runs great. And they were able to get the prices to what I can afford.
John Maxwell was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in customer service. I have recommended several friends and family to them. My cousin just bought one from John as well and had amazing service!

Got the best deal in town for the car I wanted! They are the only dealership I've gone to that didn't give me the run around, and sincerely wanted to get me into my first car. You can't find a better customer service experience anywhere else. They understand and are willing to work with you. I would reccomend going to them for a new or used car. They're all great!

I am going through a divorce and of course pretty much everything is in my name. I moved to get a better job for child support, bills, etc., So I left the trust of the finances to my soon to be ex wife. Long story short and 6500 dollars later nothing got paid in and over monthsmy credit is shot. I'm paying on 2 credits cards and 2 loans while trying to find a vehicle for work. I went to several dealers and nobody would finance me given my recent history. So I saved up the cash and came to Tracy's. I bought the cheapest thing I could, to get by. I was astounded at first, but the vehicle began developing problems rapidly. I thought my luck couldn't get any worst. I already hit rock bottom, and felt to begin sinking deeper. I called Tracy, and the boys about the problems,and the credit situation. They assured me that they could get me into another vehicle with no hassle. Me, being the person who over thinks everything from every which angle, was sceptical. But I arrived there today, he gave me a couple of options, good vehicles, and got me approved to get into one. The trust this man gave me, I respect him more than one can imagine. I now have a nice truck I can use for work, and to go see my little baby girl on weekends with. I am really thankful for the opportunity he has given me, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is having a hard to finding a vehicle.

Let me start out by saying Tracy’s auto sales is great! I have bought two vehicles from them in the past and just purchased my third! They give great deals and treat everyone like they are family! I will continue buying from them.

Life is not perfect. Nobody or anything is. And yet through all of that we go through in life, this man and his team of salespeople and finance, are professional, courteous, and want to satisfy. Tracy: shook his hand and thanked him for everything he did for me. Sammy: couldn't find a better guy to buy through. He listens, and he's straight to the point. Ben: finance guy. He's nice and he knows how to clearly convey terms. So many guys run through this part a million miles an hour. He takes it easy and you know your terms at the end.

I arrived after the man had already closed and locked up but caught him as he was getting ready to leave, he opened the doors back up let me fill out a credit application and even showed me around with some of the vehicles in my range. Due to the holidays he won't be able to make anything happen until Tuesday but I was very pleased with his service and help. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that appreciates good quality customer service.
