Time for delivery 9 to 1. Got it around 930am. Punctual. Very friendly and competent delivery men. Made sure they put furniture where I requested. Thank you for being so nice. I will definitely buy from here again. Love my furniture

Amazing service start to finish. Walking in the door and being allowed to look without being stalked the entire time was so refreshing. When I had questions someone was always available. They allowed me to move tables and ottomans around to get exactly what I wanted. After purchasing and scheduling delivery they kept in great communication via text and email. Live tracking on delivery day was an awesome touch! The gentleman brought in and set up quickly and efficiently. 100% pleased and most definitely will return when ready to purchase again.

Best furniture store ever with customer service in Waco. Stephanie took the time with my kids and I searching for the best sectional was through didn't push to make a sale so professional I'll for sure be making purchases here again and will highly recommend to friends. Samantha the store manager on hand was awesome too they both deserve a BIG KUDOS they are the reason a company is still in business.

After already having a used-car-salesman experience at another store, we were a little hesitant walking into another furniture store. But from start to finish, our experience was efficient, kind, and worth every penny!

We were looking for a sofa and mattress, which I thought would be easy. Thanks to Candice, it was. We found the couch I wanted, let a sales person know, and then she helped us with a mattress selection (which I already picked out).

Candice went over the items that would be in the quote, notified us that we would need a mattress protector to qualify for the 10-year warranty, and the pricing for the protector and delivery. What's so great about this is when she came back with a quote it matched what we calculated.

The purchasing portion and delivery set up was relatively quick, and Candice was so so nice and easy to work with.

My favorite part? There were no surprises in cost!!

Darrell was our delivery driver today. He and his colleague were so careful with our furniture and it was so heavy. They were very professional and friendly. He took the time to show me all the details and make sure they were working properly. Thank you Home Zone. I would recommend them highly.

I’m just starting to look and I appreciate there was no pressure to purchase. The sales associate (Stephanie )was kind and helpful! Not once did she get frustrated with me running around the store and sitting / laying on the sofas. She took notes for me and that was above and beyond IMO.

Needed some fabric for chairs purchased over a year ago to make arm covers. Stopped by the store and Stephanie took the time to look up my previous order, get the manufacturer's name and phone number and also gave me the fabric name so I could call and see if I could purchase it. Called back with update and talked to Sergio to inform them that the company would indeed sell fabric to individuals. They were both elated to be able to help past and future customers with this info. Great employees with excellent customer service skills.

They did a great job from beginning to end no pressure on buying in the store smooth transaction and they let me know my delivery date and time great job will be buying more from them. Sergio was great salesman really awesome

Incredible shopping experience! The non-commission employees make the entire experience enjoyable. They are really informative and looking out for your interests rather than trying to make the biggest sale.

Much of the furniture is made in DFW and is very high quality and great prices. It was our first trip to HomeZone but definitely not our last.

Working with Home Zone was easy from selecting our furniture to having it delivered. Home Zone employees at the store didn’t hover or badger us, but were extremely friendly and helpful. When we were ready to purchase our furniture, the employee who helped us was friendly, positive, and clearly explained the buying and delivery process. Our delivery was awesome. On the early side of our window with an excellent tracking system. The guys that delivered our furniture were friendly, fast, and helpful. We will definitely be buying more furniture for our home from Home Zone in the future.

Douglas is so fantastic and he helped us get a new coffee table! He was very friendly and helpful and genuinely nice :)

I wanted to mention there was a lady who worked here who complimented my outfit and it just meant a lot to me! I was wearing a green flowery bandana with a denim jacket and pants and she said the outfit was poppin and it just made me so happy. She had dark brown hair and it might’ve been curly. I didn’t get her name. But it’s an extremely wonderful thing to be complimented, especially by someone from a business you’re shopping at. If she sees this I hope she knows it meant a lot to me! 🩷🩷

Mr. Marshall was AMAZING! You can tell that he is passionate about what he does and truly cares about making sure that customers have a great and informative experience. Everything was super easy and smooth, and we will definitely be coming back for all of our home needs!

Anxiety free furniture shopping! I actually don't dread going to the furniture store now. There is zero pressure in the store and all of the associates are very helpful if you need them. I love that most of the furniture here is built locally in Texas and is reasonably priced. A special shoutout to Candace who helped us with our purchase! She is a great member of Home Zone's team. I can't wait to come back for our next purchase!

I purchased furniture and end tables from Home Zone and the experience from start to finish was amazing. Home Zone Furniture is my number one goto place!

Wow!!! I walked in very nervous of my past experiences in furniture stores but Home Zone is something different. I first walked in and was greeted by Jason the Regional and he was great! We were looking for a bedroom set and a mattress. He walked us to a group and explained the features. He thanked us for coming in and even went to get us ice cream and water. He checked on us and made sure we felt important and not just a $ sign walking around. I felt like I was a part of a family. Process was so easy and everything went smoothly!!! Jason was such a pleasure to work with and I would give him a 10star!!! Home Zone you have the right people in the right place!! You gained a loyal customer for life!!!
