Sally and the rest of the staff are so kind and helpful. I live an hour away and it is always worth the drive to shop here. I placed an order over the phone recently & I wasn't able to get there before closing time and she told me to come on by and she'd let me in. Sadly not many places like Morrison's left.

Superior customer service! I needed some special help with a gift I purchased & Sally went out of her way to help me accomplish what I needed. I had called about 14-15 other places and received no help...then I found Morrison’s and Sally saved my day! The shop is wonderful with so much to choose from - and an excellent Jon Hart Designs selection. Highly recommend, exceptional experience all around :)

It has been a great pleasure working with Morrison's Gifts to select the perfect holiday gifts. Catherine helped curate my list and elevated my guest shopping experience. She was polite, knowledable, and helped point me in the right direction. She offered like items to those I had selected accordingly. I found absolutely beautiful creations from Enesco, Jon Hart, & Ganz. The store offers a wonderfully warm atmosphere and they always have the tree decorated to the nines at Christmas. You truly feel welcomed. I also found some of the most unique stocking stuffers and one of a kind books, ornaments, gourmet food, & artisan designed offerings. I placed an order for a bag and although I didn't like the finished result, both Shelly and Sally went above and beyond to provide exceptional service to satisfy my needs. They worked hand and hand with the vendor to fix my issue and had it back within days. This was a Christmas miracle. I've in the past worked with many other local businesses who do not take accountability or who don't take the time necessary to address issues. Morrison's Gifts is not that company. This place is the American dream, starting from Old Corner Drug Store and evolving into a holiday tradition stop for years to come. My deepest gratitude goes to the store for being there for me at a time in my life when my family is going through hardships. I've been a proud supporter of local business as a Waco native all my life, but this has been my best overall experience. An absolutely brilliant boutique. This such a wonderful shop to find unique gifts. The shop owner is so sweet and so helpful in find that perfect gift.. and she offered to gift wrap the item for me. She told me that they also make gift baskets... I will definitely be ordering some for the holidays especially with those amazing smelling wine candles. .. Morrison's Gifts is the best gift shop in Waco.

I was searching for a gift and wandered into this store. What a delightful experience! I was cheerfully greeted, offered something to drink and left to browse. Sally check on me to see if I had questions but was not a pest. I purchased a gift and saw many other lovely items. I will be back!

Great customer service

Owner is very rude and confrontational, and will belittle you for vaping outside of a building while threatening to call the police. I was a stranger and this was a one off altercation, I can only imagine how he speaks to paying customers.
