Denver Mattress

Denver mattress had excellent customer service. They acknowledged me when I walked into the store. Showed me the mattresses I was interested in and then let my wife and I look and let us work the beds for ourselves and if we had any questions we could ask. When we got done looking we asked questions to Laura and she answered them to a tee. She helped us through the financing and answered all of our questions through this process. She truly knows her job.

We worked with Justin Cavasos to purchase a new mattress and box springs for my daughter. Highly recommend! He was so knowledgeable and patient. We bought a king mattress with them and had originally wanted a split. Laura followed up with us and I mentioned that I’d wished we gone split. She quickly gave us the pricing difference and told us what we needed to do to get that exchange. So appreciated the follow up and the concern that we get what we wanted. I love Denver Mattress! Our mattress was delivered a couple weeks of our purchase. The deliverers were very friendly & kind. They were set up quickly…in & out in no time. Laura was so incredibly helpful and patient in showing me exactly what I was looking for. She asked important questions to narrow down the best fit for a comfortable sleep experience. And she made a recommendation that is better than I expected and much less than I planned to spend.

Justin was great!! He stayed back and let us try a bunch out, but was close enough to answer questions when we had them. We settled on two different ones and he went to go get us some prices. While he was away my wife found another one that she really liked. When he came back with the price list he included the third one because, “I saw y’all trying it out.” Now THAT’S customer service.

Normally I don’t give reviews due to i feel like most are fake and made up but i feel the need to say that this was the first place we stopped then went to every other mattress place in waco. We went back to denver mattress to buy from laura. She was the kindest most helpful sales representative I’ve ever dealt with. She did not try to push anything on us but was able to answer any questions we had with confidence. Go see Justin Curb at the Waco location! Because of the investment, I had so many questions. Justin was extremely helpful taking time to answer every question thoroughly. He paid attention to our likes and dislikes while trying out different mattress styles and helped guide me towards better options. After visiting other stores around Waco I came back to work with Justin. I’m so grateful for his knowledge. I’m certain we’ll be very happy with our investment. Over the years, I think we've purchased seven mattresses from Denver Mattress. Those purchases included twin-sizes for kids going to college, etc. We have NEVER had a disappointing experience nor bought a disappointing product. My wife and I have been talking about how it's time to replace our 9+ year-old mattress, and while driving to work yesterday, we decided to carve-out one hour at the end of the day to stop by Denver Mattress in Furniture Row. We were greeted by Justin, and he focused entirely on what we each wanted in a mattress. My wife and I are typically "on the same page," but for our mattress, we wanted different things -- I prefer firmness and she prefers softness with minimal motion transfer. Within forty-five minutes or so, Justin had helped us narrow their vast inventory to three options that would suit both of us very well. We made our decision, made our purchase, and left the store discussing how well our visit went and how pleased we were with the price point too. I recommend visiting Denver Mattress and asking for Justin. He's one of the most helpful, customer-focused sales experts we've encountered.

Had a great experience here, wasn't harassed by sales personnel but had plenty of help when I was ready. Got a great deal on my mattress with no money down and 3 year financing with 0% interest... very pleased with the customer service and the overall selection of products, high quality products for a competitive price!
