i ordered some furnitures here. A set of bed with dresser, night stand, a mattress and a set of dining table. everything is perfect and looks so good. the price is so reasonable and the quality of furnitures are exceptional and outstanding. i just loved it. The staffs were so great and welcoming. Grace took care of everything and i would definitely recommend this store. Looking forward to buy from them again for our other bed rooms. Thank you fuze furniture for such a great experience.

Grace is the BEST sales person I have EVER met. I walked in later in the evening and she worked her best to find the sectional I wanted. The next day we went over everything and the entire process was so simple.

Customer Service is very important to me and I can truly say Grace went above and beyond for me. She treated me more like her client than her customer. I had problems with my financing and she went out of her way to call the company, get it straightened out, get me approved for MORE all within a few hours and for my furniture to be delivered in two days. Grace was the sweetest associate we met. We are PCSing and finding furniture has been our biggest concern with moving across the country. She took the time out to help us and get us checked out pretty quickly. After 6 furniture stores and lots of gas, she left us with hope.

We had a great time picking out our furniture yesterday. Went in for one sectional and bought that plus another soft and loveseat. Prices were amazing. Wonderful customer service. We will be back in the future.

Walked in to the place of business and was pleased the greeting and how it was set up! Amazing Grace was truly amazing🥰. It was clean quiet and staff was very helpful with making it happen for my wishes. Not to mention she gave me some of the BEST deals I’ve ran across in my furniture shopping experience.

I had a great experience today. The prices were amazing! Nick was extremely helpful. The sales associates aren't paid on commission so they don't bother you while you are looking but they are close by when you need them. I was able to find a amazing sectional. Delivery and protection were affordable....

Grace and her associate were very helpful in assisting me. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They both bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. Covid-19 has impacted most businesses so I appreciated the heads up on potential delays so I could plan accordingly. I also felt very safe while browsing as they promoted and demonstrated social distancing and mask wearing. I highly recommend Fuze in Waco.
