Great price love the new couch

I did receive a great deal on my mattress, but please be mindful when comes to delivery. There is no set price, and you honestly don't know what you will get charged. They deliver through a third party, so just be careful. They have great prices of course, but if you need free delivery, go somewhere else. If you need delivery, just talk to the guys.

You can’t call the store directly about a purchase or to ask questions! When I leave messages and emails no one returns the call or message!!!!!

I arrived around noon at Waco store, looking to purchase furniture, to the customer desk and the employee was on his phone. After a minute, he put his phone down and asked how he could. I asked him if he worked there and he responde, let me ask you a question, would I be sitting here if I didn’t work here. I assumed he was a delivery person as opposed to a sales person as he was wearing gym shorts. A baseball cap and a tshirt. That was poor presentation, poor customer service, and rude. I lost interest and will not return.

Absolutely terrible place to unprofessional

Rudely told me and my party to leave without any explanation. They were nowhere near closing time. Rude and disrespectful.
