Keith's Ace Hardware on Hewitt Drive is our go-to for everything we need to keep our home in tip-top shape. They have a fantastic selection, but what really sets them apart is the incredible staff.

Everyone there is always so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we find what we need, espically Jess, Shelby, Krista, Brad, and many others. They're especially amazing with my daughter, Kenzie, and our dog, Logan. They always greet them with smiles, treats, and plenty of love!

Keith's Ace Hardware really makes you feel like part of the community. Highly recommend them for all your hardware and home improvement needs!

Today Jessica and Johnny were so helpful to me. I have a Dearborn heater that I needed an adapter for. It turns out that the size is very small. I needed a 9/64 adapter and they had it. Both Johnny and Jessica treated my heater with such great care. They were able to remove my old adapter and replace it with the new one. They’re connoisseurs of their profession. All of the staff there were wonderful as well. They got my heater out of my car for me and put it back in my car once everything was done. The cashiers were great in checking me out. Lowe’s and Home Depot didn’t have what I needed. Thanks again

Definitely had what I was needing. Propane gas fittings and lines and the gentleman working isle 30 knew actually what was needed. Just a all out great place to go and the staff are very knowledgeable. Will always go back.

Shopped for Case knives. Extremely friendly salesman that was very knowledgeable about Case. Very pleasant experience and quick checkout. I wasn't stuck in a line. Will definitely return. Nice store. Lots of gift items. A lot more than just a hardware store. Very happy with my purchase.

As soon as I walk in the door one of the staff greeted me and ask if he could help find what I was looking I showed him he did not hesitate and new the isle. He help me find the size I needed and stayed until I was satisfied. When I was going to check out 2 other members at different time ask me if I needed help the cashers were on top of there game. I'm impressed. You all have a great team keep up the great work.

Some of the most friendly and helpful staff around! I love going here because they're always so friendly & willing to help you and THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF! They could use a wider selection of organic fertilizer, I'm always just showing one brand.

Prices are 20% or more higher than Home Depot but if you live in Hewitt it saves you time. They have a incredibly wide selection of tools and hardware. There have been two instances where I could not find what I needed at Home Depot but found it at Keith’s hardware. Staff is always friendly and the store has just about anything you might need.

This store is so nice since the renovation. I've always received excellent service here, but when I was in on Saturday, I was really impressed with the youngsters behind the counter! Alex helped me find the exact hardware I needed for a bike I was putting together and when I was checking out, the young lady (please forgive me, I've forgotten your name - I'm old!) helped me get signed up on the rewards card for future purchases. I'm going to be in here a lot in the future! Thanks so much!
