Loved my experience with Jose was exceptional! He really went out of his way to make sure I had the perfect cabinet! It came yesterday and the delivery guys had to transport the cabinet up my log driveway since the truck couldn’t get past my gate. I felt so bad but they did an awesome job! I highly recommend Ashley and Waco and I’ll be going back to get a couch soon!

Jose Gonzales was really helpful and cordial.
He showed patience with me and my companion until we were satisfied with our purchase. He also was so kind to guide us through the financing process.

Aaron Roberson was most helpful and offered excellent customer service. I let him what I needed and wanted to make a purchase asap. I found what I wanted within minutes. Our trip to Ashley Furniture was awesome, all thanks to Aaron! From the get-go he jumped into action, chatting with us to figure out what we were looking for. Aaron was patient as we explored different options, and he wasn't just pushing sales. He genuinely wanted us to find what was right for us.

We met Kassidi Appointment arrival at ashley's. We went in there looking for a recliner.For our new home, we just purchased an Kassidi Was very helpful and knew exactly what we wanted. We also s all a beautiful bedroom set on Clarence.And she worked with us on making a really great deal. We talked about our new home and how we had.Just put a down payment on a mattress.Set with the adjuster frame, And after much discussion, they actually met us on the price, and provided us the proper mattress protector for our split king size bed. We highly recommend you ask for Kassidi Anytime you go to ashley's in Waco. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and and fun to work with.

Kassidii at the Waco store was awesome. She knew everything about the mattresses and answered all my silly questions. I was nervous walking in but so excited when i left. She made everything so smooth . I'm so happy I dropped in. Thank you !!
