My teen got in a small accident, so we took it to Service King Rockwall and they were amazing from the start. Dropped my car off on 6/20, got text updated throughout the entire process. Picked up my car on 7/1! looks like nothing ever happened. THANK YOU AGAIN to these great hard workers. Special thank you to Lucy, who was the one to check us in at Drop off and to Natalie who got us quickly finished out with pick up and even went above and beyond as we were leaving to make sure we were satisfied customers. I cannot say enough how amazing Service King was for us. They repaired my 2022 vehicle three weeks prior to saying it was ready.

We met and all expected the parts for the vehicle could be a 4-6 month wait.

Natalie was great taking care of telling us what to except after dropping off the car and Service King would text me and keep me informed of the progress of the repair. Also that if I had any concerns or questions , that I could text on that number.
The car was ready before they predicted. When Sabrina brought out the car, it was washed and cleaned inside out.We were very happy with the service we received from Service King and the friendly and efficient staff. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Natalie is a life saver! The subaru dealership dropped me off here because it has an enterprise, but it's a satellite location that is intended for serving service king. She said I can go to a main branch for rentals, and called someone to pick me up and give me a ride! She is the best!

I was rear ended on I30 by another driver and ended up having to use my insurance since the other driver was uninsured. I was frustrated and confused by dealing with my insurance and walked into this service king after talking to about 5 other shops in the area. Natalie and the front desk attendant and all the other women at the shop that day were patient and explained everything extremely well. They also happened to be a Geico Rep shop. I immediately called my insurance and had my car towed there to start the process. Natalie kept me informed in the whole process by text and I was never left guessing about what to expect with my vehicle. My car was evaluated and submitted to insurance in about 3 business days which is absolutely crazy fast post Covid and eventually my car was totaled but they even stayed open past hours to allow me to clean out my car.

Figured out what needed to be done, ordered things in and finished it out as promised. Good job.

From the time I drove into Service King to drop off my truck for body work until I drove out of the facility after the repair work, I was treated professional, courteous and with respect. I was updated daily on the status of the repair and what to expect next. The lady at the front desk checked my truck into the system, examined the damage, explained Service King's process and who I should contact with questions.

This place has exceptional customer service! The communication about the progress of my car was great! The young lady Sabrina (I hope, terrible w names) was fantastic! They did not have any appointments left for the day but she managed to squeeze me in as she could hear the stress in my voice!
Everything was curbside w masks took just a few minutes and I was into a rental. Car was done in a week and pick up was just as easy!! Love the care, speed and communication of this transaction!

My car was hit on April 4th and Service King in Rowlett but they did not accept my car due to the insurance. I was referred to Service in Rockwall.

My experience with Rockwall was excellent. They kept me posted of all the work that was taking place with my car.

The front desk person took the time to meet me on a Sunday so I could get my car since Geico took my rental from me 10 days before my car was complete.

Had to get an estimate on car.
Through, friendly, fast, and just an all around great vibe.

Service King Collision in Rockwall, Texas repaired my H3 Hummer that was damaged by a hit and run driver while it was parked.
Service King towed it in and repaired it while keeping me informed by text and by phone calls on the daily progress.
