I bought a truck there a few weeks ago and have been very pleased. The only problem when I got the truck was that it had to be jump started(to be fair, they had just got the truck in and I didn't want it to get sold before I could work out the money). Ron helped me and David gave me a great deal on the truck and even told me that if the battery didn't hold a charge that he'd split the cost of a new battery with me! I do not normally give recommendations, but I was so impressed that here's my first one. This place is the place to go to get a good deal on a quality vehicle.

Great place. Great customer service. Next time I need another car. I'll be coming back. They know what they're doing and will do anything to help you get the car you're buying. Appreciate all their help they've given my wife and I.

My husband and I purchased a 2015 Toyota highlander from David at City Motor Company. He gave us a great deal and made the whole process very easy. I purchased my 2006 GX470 from City Motor Company in Oct. 2020. I never buy from used car dealers, but the guys at City Motor Company were straightforward and honest the whole time I was there! I was assured I was at the right place when the owner told me they do not sell any cars with prior frame damage. Highly recommend City Motor Company if you're looking at a car on their lot!

Great experience! David was absolutely a true professional! If you need a good used truck, this is a great place to go. He’s knowledgeable, only has good trucks on his lot, and is IN NO WAY pushy. In addition, he goes above and beyond. While I was signing my paperwork, David responded to my inquiry of whether he had an extra key & fob in the most surprising way. When he discovered he did not, he called his locksmith on the spot, had him come over right away, paid the guy in the spot, and threw it into the deal! Wow! I spent years in the car business, and David is the opposite of what people fear when buying a used car! He’s honest and generous! Buy with confidence!

Absolutely fantastic place to buy a used vehicle. I just picked up a truck there and it was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. There was no pushing to buy anything, nothing seemed sketchy, and they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my truck and the purchase process as a whole. 11/10 would definitely recommend going there for any used vehicle needs!

I have been looking for a 7.3 Powerstroke for a few months now and found one online here at City Motor Company in Waco. I talked with Mr David over the phone and could tell right away he was a true man of his word. I drove in from Longview Texas to look at a truck and everything he said about the truck was true and everything I was looking for. I just want to thank David and the staff on making it easy to drive 3 hours for a truck and knowing I made a good deal and found the right truck.
