Fantastic service, great prices and quality! Bought a couch and rugs here. The service is unmatched. Chris is fantastic, knowledgeable, and personable without pressure. Made me feel very comfortable (which isn’t always the case is all sales). Love my furniture and will go back for any other furniture needs!

What an amazing experience I had here today! Phil and Dom are now like my besties, lol. The inventory is so fresh and innovative. Of course I spent too much 😏 but they are so easy to do business with I don’t have sticker shock. Go check them out!

I love the quality and selection of furniture available. The prices are very reasonable and above all, I enjoy the no pressure sales tactics that are so prevalent in other stores of this size. Would never think of shopping anywhere but Bob Mills furniture.

The shopping experience at Bob Mills Furniture was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff did not follow me around or rush me to make a decision once I found a few living room sets I really like. Megan & Chris were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in my decision making. I spoke briefly with the designer but neglected to get her card. I have requested a follow up to assist with aerial rug, coffee table and end table selections.

The store manager was super nice to work with on the final quote and associated documentation. Excellent Service!

I am now awaiting my delivery which is expected the first week in February which I was made aware of when I made my selection.

Megan helped to make our experience at Bob Mills very pleasant. She was always kind and polite, and answered all our questions! She went above & beyond to ensure that we were informed, comfortable with our purchase, & when we inquired about another item, she did not hesitate to take the necessary time.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on their mattresses. We didn’t feel pressured to purchase from them. We looked a few weeks ago and thought about the mattresses we wanted. We chose the air loom mattress after comparing tempur-pedic with them. Overall we are satisfied with our purchase and will do business with Bob Mills in the future.

I have bought living room furniture from Bob Mills twice now, and have been super happy with the knowledge, patience, and help from the salespeople. Not only does my new furniture look great, but even the old set bought 8 years ago also still looks great and it held up very good.

My mother and I went to get a couch for my first apartment and we needed something at a decent price. Greg was super helpful and sweet and showed us just what we needed to see! We ended up buying a nice couch and we couldn’t be happier! Can’t wait to have it delivered soon! All the staff was super nice and welcoming and they weren’t pushy with sales, so as a sales person myself I can appreciate the approach and how friendly they all were and how comfortable Greg and Jason made us feel. Very personable staff overall! All the displays were so gorgeous and clean and very nice to browse through. You can tell the staff and management care about the business and all their customers. Again, as someone who takes pride in their sales position I appreciate all that the staff does to really give the best experience and help that the customers need. 100/10! Will definitely visit again.

Quality custom furniture at an affordable price with at quick turnaround - who could ask for more! Our salesperson, Sidney, was wonderful. She helped me at the showroom for two lengthy visits and was excellent through text communication in between. I cannot wait to receive the sofas we ordered. I had never shop Bob Mills Furniture Waco until this month....The store manager was very good with taking care of my finance need and discounts and Chris was helpful with helping me select the perfect living room set. Love the high end leather should last forever

Tswana was very personable and sweet. She handled our purchase when we were pressed for time during the time of purchase and for the delivery of our furniture but she literally delivered. We were done with the transaction within minutes and she managed to have our furniture the same week. She was also very knowledgeable about the pieces

Miss T was very knowledgeable about her furniture and gave us details about everything that we looked at. Then stepped back and let us look and try out several pieces before we decided what we wanted. We waved to her and told her our decision. She started the financial process and walked us through it all. Very helpful and thoughtful. Will definitely do business here again.

We went in to find a new Mattress and was greeted by Megan. She was very knowledgeable and helped us find hopefully the perfect one. (We have to sleep on it for awhile first.) Jason also was great at telling us about the clearance mattresses. They were both very friendly. We ended up getting the mattress plus a whole new bedroom set.

We talked to Phil yesterday about our needs for an affordable comfortable bed. Due to my husbands health issues we also were needing to save time when we came to look at options. Thankfully he helped us and we found exactly what we needed!

I absolutely hating furniture shopping because of pushy sales people. I like to shop without being constantly approached and rushed to buy something. We went to numerous furniture places that did exactly that. This was not the case at Bob Mills in Waco.. Our saleswoman Tswana Brown introduced herself and pointed us in the right direction. She let us shop without constantly interrupting us. She was very helpful and genuinely nice. Even though she answered our questions, we spent more time talking about things we enjoyed doing that had nothing to do with furniture. She cared about making sure we got what we wanted and did not try to push us into buying something we didn't really want. This shows true business professional while being very nice and friendly. Tswana is the reason we will continue to use Bob Mills.

We walked in with knowing what we wanted for our home, our representative, directed to the the type of furniture we wanted, and informed us about all the sales. She made our purchase very easy and the furniture sold it self. Quality seems amazing. We will be back!

My assigned furniture expert Chris and his manager Jason were consummate professionals and made my experience easy and enjoyable. They listened carefully and showed furniture to meet my needs and be within my budget. I am delighted with my choices and am looking forward to delivery and enjoyment of my new furniture. My wife always bought our furniture so this was a first. I am a fan and very happy to recommend Chris and Jason and the Bob Mills family of pros at the Waco store.
