This will forever be my jewelry place! I absolutely love the staff in Waco, TX store! Easy in/out process. They keep you completely informed. I actually live in Oklahoma & the process is definitely not as smooth. The store is difficult to get to & too time consuming which is why I just waited until I drove all the way back to Waco! Worth the wait! I had a necklace repair completed on an older piece that I wear faithfully.

I am absolutely ecstatic!!! I went in and wanted charms moved on my bracelet, with new charms added . I’ve gone to another store and had this done and so this was no different. The staff that helped me were so patient and sweet . Today I picked up my bracelets . I didn’t even look close at them because my experience with James Avery is always good . When I got home and looked closer I couldn’t believe how perfect it was . Whoever worked on my bracelet, I love you! You even polished the vintage charms that I found at a second hand store. They look new. I’m so happy with my bracelet and I thank you for going above and beyond. You are my permanent store. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

They have beautifully crafted high quality jewelry that my family loves and it doesn't break my pocketbook! The staff here are very friendly and helpful. You can order online, purchase in store and they also offer contactless curbside pickup which is a must for anyone trying to avoid the viruses being spread around the world! I love this place and I give them an A+ all day long :-)

James Avery At Central Texas Market Place is a masterpiece. When you walk in you are immediately transported into the land of beauty! The smell of leather and of what I like to call Avery is the same exact smell you will smell if you go to the original James Avery.

No matter what time of year it is in this location the staff is incredibly sweet, and knowledgeable about all of the James Avery pieces. They enjoy sharing the history of how the company started with the customers. You will rarely, if ever see a fingerprint on the glass cases or windows.

You will be happy to join everyone else who owns any one or multiple James Avery piece/s. This is my favorite James Avery store next to the original. It is one of the bigger stores I have seen.

The employee over the phone was so helpful and sweet when seeing what was available in store and how to get what I needed online! This was my first time ordering James Avery online, and it did not disappoint! My order said it would take roughly 8-10 days, but I received it in 3! Very pleased!

They were very busy, but a young lady helped me as soon as I walked into the store. She got the bracelet I wanted, and I checked out with another kind lady. Also, I was very impressed with the man outside the store. He had a board keeping up with the number of customers in the store. They are taking COVID-19 seriously. I'm going back after Christmas to look around and buy myself a birthday present.

We love James Avery! Me & my daughter have matching charm bracelets and it’s such a gift to add charms to both of our bracelets. The repair is free. They will clean for free. Everyone is super super nice. Excellent customer service I highly recommend this location.

Great service nice and fast. Went late so not crowded got in and out quick which I loved.

I had a older necklace that the clasp “lobster” broke. No questions asked they fixed it! Best service I’ve received in years. I will continue to buy my jewelry from this place when needed. Appreciate y’all for making my experience amazing.

The guy greeting doesn't know where all products where went in to get charms he only showed me one display case. So glad young female came up and showed me a whole nother case with tons more. Glad she knows her store.
