Cicis Pizza

Service was great. We were passing through with 170 people. We called ahead and they were more than prepared. They kept the buffer fully stocked with so many options. The restaurant was clean and they were even bussing tables keeping the restaurant clean. The entire restaurant was friendly and helpful.

I recently visited Cicis Pizza with my family, and I must say, this visit was a delightful surprise compared to our previous experience. My wife had a brilliant idea to treat our boys to an all-you-can-eat pizza adventure, and Cicis Pizza seemed like the perfect choice. While our last memory of this location wasn't the best, it's safe to say that this time around, our expectations were exceeded.

Upon entering, we immediately noticed the positive changes. The entire game section had been relocated to the front, and it was quite expansive. This modification significantly transformed the ambiance compared to our last visit, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere.

One aspect that truly stood out during this visit was the exceptional level of friendliness exhibited by the staff. Despite the restaurant being on the slower side, the attentive staff members were quick to make us feel welcome and ensured our needs were met. It was refreshing to witness the commitment to cleanliness, a vast improvement from our prior experience. Their proactive approach to maintaining a clean environment was a welcomed surprise.

During our visit, my wife had the opportunity to request a customized pizza, and the outcome was fantastic. She opted for a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza with buffalo sauce, and the flavors were impeccable. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed this delightful creation, adding to the overall positive experience.

The game section added an extra layer of enjoyment to our visit. Although we encountered minor issues with a few games, the staff promptly addressed these concerns, allowing us to resume our gaming activities without any hassle. It's worth mentioning that the staff's swift response and efficient resolution of issues further contributed to our pleasant experience.

While I regret not capturing the names of the exceptional staff members we interacted with, I can confidently say that their dedication to providing excellent service did not go unnoticed. We left Cicis Pizza with a newfound appreciation for the improvements made and a desire to return for another enjoyable outing.

We had a great experience at this location! My son and I were early birds (arrived as soon as they opened the doors) and the staff was more than accommodating! The customer service was excellent & that is hard to find these days!
The pizza was all fresh, there were plenty of options to choose from as soon as we were ready to grab a plate!
Not to mention this location is very, very spacious and clean!
We will 100% be coming back to this location again for lunch.

We took our 3 grandkids who were starving. We had been there in the past, but they had remodeled. The restaurant was very nice, and they had added a bigger game room. We had some great pizza, and the kids got to play games. Everybody had fun!

Haven't been in years because it was going downhill. So to say I was surprised with how this place looked is an understatement. Food was excellent, staff was all smiles, will definitely start going more often

They've done a very good job on fixing up the place as well as the crew members are awesome people very caring for the customers as well as the food

5 stars for service. The team made me two very delicious vegetarian pizzas. The salad bar was also pretty good.

And to the owner of this Cicis location. As for future recommendations from a State food critique. The pizza is delicious, the drinks are good, games are fun. The only thing that needs to be taken seriously into consideration for your store's future safety for customers with children. Please replace all the children's high chairs because they are not up to date and all of the high chairs' seat straps are broken and the children can't be contained to where they can sit down and eat properly. This is a safety hazard measure for children if they stand up and fall it could lead to a lawsuit. Other than that food and staff are amazing just need those high chairs replaced A.S.A.P. I have a 2-year-old daughter and we came here to eat today 11/25/23 she almost fell out of her chair because the strap in her chair was broken. All of them are, but luckily she did not fall. So I hope Cicis takes this matter seriously and fixes the problem soon. Thank You Cicis.

took my Jr. Hi band here after contest. The food was ready and the employees took care of my students. I am grateful for the attention that these guys give the customer.

I been going there for a long time and today 1-1-24 went to eat and honestly never seen it like today. Clean, pizzas stack on the bar, and very good customer service. Before it was kinda dirty, had to wait a long time for pizza, and when ask for for they weren't polite. Great Job today 👏 I even had to ask for the manager's name believe was Greg. Great job Greg!!

Damien was the best friendly cashier. He even came and helped clean up food that my children threw down. Keith made great pizza. And was very respectful as a cook. Hands down Those 2 worker's were the best!! Great job fellas.

Since the new owner took over, it's a great place to eat. And the game room is awesome!!

Both the service and the food were excellent. The staff was friendly and kept the buffet full. We celebrated our sons 27 birthday here at his request! We will return.

I went for lunch and Mr. Damien was very sweet, polite, helpful and respectful and I enjoyed having him during my lunch break. I was surprised that he able to do so many things at one time and maintain a positive attitude with a smile on his face unfazed. We need more people like him in this world and work environment. For him to be so young you would never expected all the positive energy to come from one person. As a customer I was shocked. But as his co-worker, manager and friends or family member they should be PROUD of him. I will be back to cici's the pizza was good it was clean and I enjoyed the whole evening. I left a nice TIP for Damien. I wish there were more I could do to show my appreciation. Keep up the great work! Next time I will have photos.

Candace and her team of 4 busted their butts to make sure the customer service was great, and the food was stocked. They were short staffed as you could physically see although, you would not have known that any other way. Candace had her team pumped up by her actions and willingness to work toe to toe with each one of them doing whatever was needed with a smile.
