I was hoping for the sort of coffee shop where I could sit for a few hours with a laptop and some coffee, but no. This is more cafe and they have a full breakfast menu. On this Sunday morning, the place was crowded and there was a queue so I did the right thing and didn't dawdle after my meal.

A lovely ham and cheese omelet was prepared for me. It took about 20 minutes which seems appropriate considering how busy they were. During that time, my coffee was refilled twice and then another cup later. The omelet was a nice sized portion and the marble rye toast was delicious.

Definitely a good meal and maybe I'll return when it's not quite so busy.

We ate there on New Years day, one of the few breakfast options open. Loved the ginger pecan pancakes. Wait staffwas helpful. The friendly manager was walking around, helping out when she could. Very large portions

We have visited both sites and have dined in at 100 N. 6th St. and ordered takeout from the location at 1101, Richland.
Both times, the personnel provided excellent service.
The prices of the food are fairly affordable. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well-proportioned.

Priced very reasonable and food comes out quickly.
I will be back and I highly recommend you try it out.

Cool spot for breakfast. Great service and superior selection’s backed by great food. Must visit if in Waco. Important to call ahead as wait can be long. My only disappointment is the espresso. My doppio just didn’t pack the punch I expected. Americano had three shots and seemed mediocre as well. You come for the food not the coffee I guess

Local recommended this joint and totally nailed it. We came at a great time as it wasn’t too busy and we sat down almost immediately and were greeted by friendly staff who provided us hot coffee. We ordered the Cassies omelette and the Mexican mash, minus the sausage because my wife doesn’t eat meat. The waitress recommended a different choice, Bobby’s Rancheros, which she thought my wife might like better because it was similar but no meat. She wasn’t wrong. My wife loved it and could’ve eaten another one she said. The omelette was packed full of diced ham and fantastic. Last but not least were our two side breads included with our meals, the two enormous pancakes we received, one banana chocolate chip, and the other bacon, for a small upgrade fee from regular. The bacon pancake tasted as you might expect a bacon pancake to taste- terrific, and the banana chocolate chip pancake didn’t need any syrup it being so nice and sweet. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, their service prompt, and the restaurant clean and tidy. Located just a few blocks from Magnolia Farms, this is a great place to eat after, or before, you pick up your sweets from Magnolia.

The food was good. They have gluten-free pancakes, and they are big! Next time, I think I will just get a gluten-free pancake and maybe bacon. Hot chocolate was good, too.

Such a cozy little place. Food was fantastic. Potatoes were seasoned just right and the gingerbread pecan pancake was HUGE and delicious. Our server Angie was very attentive. Great little breakfast spot in Waco.

Been here twice and very happy with my food. The Grampy is my favorite crepe (definitely try it!!) the omelettes are always on point and I had the breakfast quesadilla for the first time today and it was delicious.

Delicious breakfast and great service.

Even though the place was crowded, they still provided excellent and quick service to us and everyone else.

We ordered a fajita omelette with avocado and mushrooms and florentine eggs benedict.

Multiple coffee, tea and other drink options that will satisfy everyone who visits them.

I work around the corner and ALWAYS forgot they were there. But once my buddy reminded me I could get pancakes at 1pm….. I’m hooked. Just a phone call and a quick trip around the corner!

People here are always friendly 🥰 food is delicious! Our go to place for some yummy breakfast 🥞😋

Edit: 3 months later we have returned and once again the food was delicious, but i will say the wait time was crazy ridiculous. We signed up on the waitlist and it took about 35 minutes to get called, which is reasonable, but once we were seated and they took our order, it took almost an hour to receive our food! We honestly thought they forgot about us. We also noticed that people who were seated after us were receiving their food before us ): other than that, customer service was still great.

A great breakfast to wrap up our spontaneous weekend getaway to Waco. My husband loved the Mexican scramble. I appreciate the gluten-free options on their menu- the GF chocolate chip pancake was very good. The portions were more than we could eat.

Banana nut bread French toast was amazing. Husband liked the eggs, ham, hash browns, and giant pecan pancake. Espresso and coffee were decent. Great view of the Alico building out the giant windows. Got to check out a little Farmers market across the road Saturday. That was nice. Big parking lot and lots of dining space.
