They assisted me in my purchase and loved it. The sales associate in the big and tall Men that worked on Monday 01 July he was helpful and we ordered that Ralph Lauren! Thank you very much

They had an excellent selection of dressy dresses for an upcoming fancy wedding for both daughter and myself. They were busy and dressing rooms were a mess. Not enough associates, pretty much self serve. No deals today but walked out and also ordered what we needed. Hardly any stores left to shop in. Sad.

My husband and I were in the mens section of Dillards looking for a dress shirts for a wedding we were attending and DJ-ing. He hasn’t been measured in a while but Mr Tommie Hugghins was more than happy to help. He measured Booby and offered a comfortable and well fitted option. He then helped us pick a bow tie and started it for us. Very nice gentleman, we appreciated the attention to detail. I will look for him every time we go.

Went to dillards on Friday were we met some wonderful ladys one name was Kayla an The other lady worked in perfume were Caroline G. is sold they help my niece set an appointment for Make-up when i tell u that they was awesome they truly was got scheduled and helped till.we left .....So here we are back on the next day "Saturday" with my Niece she had the appointment with Victoria to get her make-up done for prom an might i say it was the best experience ever we laughed talked cried while experiencing a great job from Victoria..she did an amazing job on my Niece make-up we give her and the the staff there 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 's for her work an there costumer service we will ForEverLasting be back to shop an much more❤❗❗

This Dillards location is excellent. It’s much bigger than the Killeen location. It has a large selection of women’s clothing and its all of good quality and very stylish. I would have given 5 stars except when I was shopping before Christmas, there was a guy following me around the women’s department, from section to section. It was quite strange and made me extremely uncomfortable. I was really glad my husband was waiting for me near the dressing rooms (where they have seating - another huge plus for the store is the seating for spouses near the dressing rooms). I just love Dillards!
Just went shopping at this location on this visit to Texas, and 5 stars all the way. No creepy guys following me around. Plus this location offers some of the brands I like, such as Liverpool. I’ll be shopping here again on my next visit.

They were having a great sale off their summer line. I was able to get many items for my husband. I should have waited to buy my Son-in-laws birthday present. I could have spent less or got him more. I did go back with my friend and was able to afford something for myself. WooHoo! Plus my son was able to buy himself some very nice shirts. He then went back to buy him some very nice shorts.

Employees very nice and helpful in every department. Plus the location was nice and very clean. You felt very safe as well.

Had amazing help from Dane in men's cologne and Jeremy in the shoe department! I believe the wonderful lady that assisted us in women's perfume was Shay. Very happy with the staff, all the way to the women in customer service!

Actually, like the clothes there and like everything I buy, I wish it was more affordable but I have good taste.

It is one of the few stores in Waco with super high-end brands. The store was clean and still organized even with the christmas chaos. The associates are always friendly and willing to help when I come.

Bri was literally so patient when I went in there with my mom, helping us find outfits for our trip! She was so kind and did her job amazingly. Everytime we go in there she always has a smile on her face and will ask us if we need help.

Was looking for little girl clothes to fit a 7-year-old and I asked the staff where it would be and it was in the other Dillard's Department with the men's which didn't make sense to me but at least the staff save me from walking around aimlessly looking. I'll know next time

Went in the men's section for calone, the staff was very helpful. I purchased Polo Blue and I was in and out real fast. Great vist, only place to go for your colone and perfume needs. They have nice cloths there too. I am sure I will be back many times to come.

Mary Ellen A. in the Ladies Show Dept. is the best. I have a picky teenager who hates shopping and makes finding shoes difficult. Mary greeted us and I sarcastically said what shoe my teen wanted “flats, open toe, nude, etc.” Mary turned the dreaded shoes shopping trip into a fun time. She picked up on my frustration and defeat and brought over several shoes. We ended up purchasing 2 pairs. That was a couple yrs ago and see her every time we visit Dillards. Mary, you’re the best!! I always call the store to see if you’re there before heading in. Thank you!

In the men's section of Dillard's, Martin Rivera (I'm not 100% on his name, but I'm pretty sure that's what his name tag said) was very helpful! Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received, anywhere. He was prompt, thorough, and obviously knew what he was talking about. I hope he gets a raise because he deserves it!!!!

Update: The Women's Dillard's was okay, except for whoever was in charge of the sleep wear section. She kept following me around like I was going to steal something. She kept asking if I needed help, but in a derogatory way. And after me telling her no (for a third time in five minutes) I started walking away to literally anywhere else because I couldn't even enjoy shopping and she followed me and said "That's all plus size!" in a snotty tone. Whoever is training the workers in the men's Dillard's needs to cross train to the woman's Dillard's.
