Thrst Coffee Shop

Thrst is a 20/10 on a regular day, but I recently booked a private rental of the shop for a work event and it was even more impressive! Andreas and Bianca went above and beyond - Booking was easy, pricing was great, and the custom hot chocolate bar + cookies were something all the attendees raved over. They even went as far as to match the shop's playlist to the vibe of our event. I HIGHLY recommend using Thrst for your events!

Visiting a friend and stumbled onto this gem of a coffee shop. Great coffee, superb vibe, and attention to detail that is lost in so many modern places. Thirst also has a back room that showcases local talent.. way cool!

Best coffee shop in Waco. If you're serious about your roast. The vibe is comfortable, relaxed and unpretentious. The staff is great! Don't miss the art gallery nor poetry nights! Support local, small business owners. And enjoy GREAT beverages. They have a selection of teas as well as coffee and yummy hot chocolate. Affogato is spectacular! An excellent choice anytime, a great spot to sip, read or work.

This coffee shop has it all! Delicious coffee, chill environment for studying, two different bar areas to sit at, and two beautiful lounge areas to work or catch up with friends. It’s family friendly too, which makes it super unique!

Would say that this is my favorite coffee shop in Waco right now. Coffee is smooth, everyone was so kind, and I loved the atmosphere. Art was displayed and loved that it wasn't super packed that you had to fight for a spot to sit. Will be back again.

Unique coffee flavors/homemade syrups (I got the Spicy Mayan and it was fantastic) and great vibes! Barista was super friendly and helpful in explaining the different types of coffee. Will definitely be back to try more!

Best coffee/espresso I could find in Waco. The owner is not only brewing some amazing things, but doing some amazing things. His community-oriented coffee shop delivers fantastic drinks and opportunities for people.

I didn't necessarily get anything from the coffee shop itself I went there to go look at the 507 art gallery in the back. We didn't stay for long because we went to go eat across the street with a friend at a restaurant we wanted to try but the coffee shop was very cool I like the vibe of it all. The art gallery in the back is a neat idea and though it's on a smaller scale compared to other art galleries it's still a neat idea and it seems like a very nice place to just chill.

The Barista here really knows what she is doing and had really great recommendations. I got the Cafe De Olla latte, and it was super good.

An amazing Black-owned local small business with the best coffee in town that is roasted directly by them! Cozy vibes with amazing staff! I really enjoyed the oat milk latte with their in-house cascara syrup! Iced cafe de olla is always a go to as well. Love that they host spoken word and poetry nights and feature local artists!

Always the go-to spot for good coffee and ambience! Andreas and team are always very welcoming to all.

Good Vibes! Great coffee, great people. The owner is the barista and roaster! You’ll want to spend a few hours here; music was on point not too loud.

Andreas was absolutely amazing! We stopped by after they had closed, thinking that it was still Lalos. He was doing some work inside, and he invited us in and explained his coffee blends. I chose a latte with the cascara, and it was an incredibly smooth coffee
The atmosphere is very nice, I highly recommend!
