Terrible customer service. If the furniture store you order from uses them just know that the setting that they have on the test mattresses is not the same as the mattress that will be sent. You are expected to know this, according to customer service. If you're told your setting is red, do not get red unless you want to sleep on your couch while an expensive slab of stone lies in your room as a decoration instead of a place of rest.
