Party City

We had an 80th birthday party to plan. They have everything that you would want and things you didn’t even think about. If you have a color for your event they have the candy in that color. We also ordered balloons. They were delivered on time and the order was complete. Even if you get your balloons elsewhere the will blow them up. Great customer service people!!

So much to see. They seem to have everything for any kind of party. Tons of balloons. Definitely going back for a bubble machine, their rechargeable, no need to keep buying batteries.

We are having a birthday party for my 2 almost 3yr old. They had everything we needed and more. She went with us so we couldn't get everything, but we're definitely going back. Lots of fun decorations and a bunch of candy options I've personally never seen before. If you need table covers, plates, decorations, and party favors this is the place to go. I'm sure we'll have some balloons blown up on the day of the party as well.

The store is always nice and clean, employees are usually very friendly. Didn't have any cat birthday decorations that my granddaughter wanted, so we went with the pretty butterfly ones. We come here every time we need birthday decorations because they have a bunch of great themes 😁

There is a great selection of party supplies including a wonderful variety of balloons to choose from. The two persons working today were fast, friendly and welcoming.

This is Mrs. Sietzer, this store has just about everything you need for any event. If you've never been to to Party City before,I would recommend coming in to take a look around,maybe it will inspire you to have a get together before the next pandemic occurs. We need all the good times we can get!!!

Always as fun as a barrel of monkeys here! Love this store! So much to see and buy. I could really go bankrupt in this place.

Great place with excellent selection. Things are a bit pricey but considering the selection it balances out. They have everything to throw the most wonderful parties, from decorations, to favors, cutlery, tablecloths, balloon garlands. They even indlate balloons too.

Needing something around Xmas and they had exactly what we needed.

I called in the morning to place a delivery order, but I wasn’t sure on what I wanted and only had a couple ideas. The lady who helped me went above and beyond to make my thoughts come to life, and made a perfect balloon bouquet! Their customer service went above and beyond, and I highly appreciate it!

Lots of different supplies for lots of different themes, as well as a huge supply of basic party and event supplies. They went above and beyond and not only filled balloons that I purchased there for free but they also gave me free delivery of those balloons on the day I needed them.

SO excited that we have a Party City in Waco! The new store is huge and has a ton of cool stuff. The employees are cheerful and willing to give tips on where to find certain themed items (like pumpkins for my Halloween party).

Shopping for my boyfriends 40th birthday was made so easy. Stacie, the store manager, helped me find all that I needed and more. The decorations were a hit for the party!

Neat place and very clean. This store has pretty much anything you need for any type of party. I can't believe I never stopped by here sooner.

the manager that was working there tonight was a female and she was awesome. Unfortunately I can't remember her name but she allowed us to bring in a costume without a receipt and exchange it for other items that my daughter wanted for her Halloween costume.

Amazing custmer service. I forgot my wallet and they got ahold of me right away! Best party city ever. They also had such a huge selection and great prices!
