I can't wait to go back and try more flavorful ice creams. The place smells like freshly toasted waffle cups and cones. However, the service wasn't all that great.

Tasty ice cream with really interesting flavors, I stayed on the most conservative side and ordered nutella marshmallow ice cream and it was delicious (although it didn't taste as much as nutella) next time I'm planning on having the goat cheese flavor! The place is really nice and clean, you can sit inside or outside. It's a quaint little place in a great location. Looking forward to visiting again.

Nice variety of unique flavors. I 1 scoop of Earl Grey Lemon & 2 scoop of Lemongrass & citrus Marmalade in a waffle bowl with toasted meringue topping. It was very good, especially if you like lemon flavors.

Pretty solid ice cream spot off the MKT trail on heights blvd. It's a great spot to stop in for a cup or cone of your favorite ice cream.

Variety of ice cream flavors to handle that sweet tooth craving you have. Clean place, good location, and great staff.

The best ice cream around. I had the strawberry with jam on a cone. I was on Cloud 9...I mean 10. It's a cute atmosphere inside. Parking is available...but you might have to walk. Staff is friendly.
I'll go back for sure.

The prices for a scoop of ice cream and the size of the scoop is a bit outrageous but it is family and pet friendly so hanging out here is always a blast however I'm not spending almost $8 for a little scoop of ice cream

Hard to beat any ice cream but I feel like Cloud 10 deliver unique flavors without being too rich like some of the other spots on Houston.

The waffle cone was amazing! So yummy! I enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee ice cream and it did not disappoint!

Delicious! The facility itself, including their bathrooms, is super clean also. Only complaint is the cost. 2 waffle cones w/1 scoop $15!!!😱

I thought it was a nice and cute little ice cream shop. We live nearby and finally walked over to try it. I got the fresh mint chocolate chip which was fantastic. Tastes less artificial than store bought MCC. Boyfriend got ginger cookie which was very nice. I also sampled the PB&J which tasted EXACTLY like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich so I will for sure be getting a scoop of that next time!

The customer service at this location is excellent! They’re always so kind, and I love the outdoor space. It’s the perfect place to hit up after a long walk with your dog.

We stopped in here looking for a restroom, but weren't about to leave without getting some ice cream. The place is clean, good selection of ice cream, and fairly priced. It is a no-cash place, so have your credit or debit card handy. The restrooms are clean and family friendly. They even offer a special ice cream treat for dogs, which I thought was pretty cool. There is inside and outside seating.

We LOVE Cloud 10 creamery! We aren’t in the heights (or downtown area) often, but we ALWAYS stop at Cloud 10 when we are. Their flavors (I think they always have 20) are frequently changing, each of them unique in their own way, and they are all super delicious!

We fell in love with an Ice Cream shop in Portland called Salt and Straw, which was amazing, and this is the closest thing to it that we can find. We are fortunate to have this gem so close, and will continue going frequently!

I love their Toasted Rice flavor, and am thankful they maintain it as a flavor!

Favorite ice cream in houston. New and unique flavors regularly. The toasted rice flavor is delicious and pairs well with fruit flavors.

A cute shop at Heights Mercantile with a sizeable outdoor patio. Creamy and flavourful ice-cream, could taste its high quality ingredients. Waffle cone is crunchy and made of a thicker texture. While it’s great that it doesn’t soften up, I find it on the sweet side. May just do a simple cup to enjoy the pure luxury of Cloud 10 ice creams.

I went today for the first time ,so i had questions and a girl named lianna i believe was really really sweet and nice to me and my kids and very helpful will definitely come back again!!!
