Wow, a little piece of heaven in Waco. The area is Magnolia Market and is surrounded by an eclectic mix of industrial buildings. The bakery is in a smaller building, but the line moves fast. The cupcakes were delicious, moist, and the frosting is not overly sweet. The cookies are on point. Staff members are friendly, quick, and efficient. A must try at reasonable prices.

Delicious sweet treats before walking the Silos. Lots of options to choose from. Line before entering place but worth the wait. Friendly and helpful staff to make your experience a unique one.

I only tried the Silo cookie but my goodness these were heaven! The line did wrap around the block but it moved fast - they provide little menu cards for you to check off what you want to purchase before reaching the cashier. Such a cute little shop of cookies and cupcakes. Love the play on words for the options like Silo, Shiplap and so on. Prices seemed very fair for the quality of product you receive.

Great bakery to go to! Cupcakes were very good along with the service! Ww went on a chilly day and had no line to get in. Free parking is limited, but half a block away, it is $10.

Our visit was closer to closing time and the lines were still plenty long. It was worth the wait! I received a paper menu while in line so I knew what I wanted to order when I got to the counter. While in line you can take in the esthetic scenery and decor that you would expect with Magnolia. I picked up some stickers for my Stanley and postcards that had stamps on them to mail back home to the grandparents of my son on our RV trip. We purchased the Vanilla Bean Cookie, the Brownie cookie, the Chocolatier cupcake, and the Cookies’N’Cream cupcake. I also picked up a sparkling Rose water and it was interesting. All food items were delicious and well enjoyed.

Very cute bakery shop at the Silos / Magnolia market! The items are a little pricey, but definitely worth stopping in when visiting the area. There’s usually very long lines, but we got there pretty early and the line was very short and still indoors (it’s common the line goes out the building).
I got the seasonal box of cupcakes and the frosting is so good and definitely picture worthy 😄

This place is amazing and delicious. All the treats and desserts were phenomenal! Unfortunately the Prize Pig biscuits were sold out right before I ordered but I was able to still try their seasonal cupcakes and Silo Cookie.

I came on a Saturday, in the early afternoon and it was quite busy. The line was pretty long and an employee came out a gave paper menus for you to mark your selections. I got a Silo’s cookie, Lemon Lavender Cupcake and The Prize pig biscuit. I took my treats out to the little patio area and sat down at the stools below the welcome to Magnolia Silo’s wall mural. I took everything out of bag and someone came and asked me to move so they could take a picture of the mural. Sigh, not of the fault of the bakery at all, just discourteous tourists.

The treats: Love, love, love the Lemon lavender cupcake! I also really enjoyed the savory prize pig biscuit. I honestly didn’t care for the Silo’s cookie when I first tried it. It was hard and just kinda meh. BUT, I took it home and popped in the microwave for 20 seconds and BAM, delicious! Soft and melty chocolate cookie heaven.

(Oct 2023) made it just in time before they closed and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had all flavors of cupcakes still available. Just out of a few baked goods. Tried the campfire s’mores cupcake. Good just really rich. But always love their cupcakes. Great service, cute place.

(Oct 2022) I mean they worked their magic and this bakery is adorable, down to how they swirl the frosting and how they present the cupcakes in the case. And the cupcakes are delicious here! Went here a year ago for the first time and they were just as delicious this time. (This time I got an espresso choc one and pumpkin spice. Before I tried strawberry, lemon and choc with vanilla frosting. So good!)

Impeccable array of baked goods and delivered with astounding customer service. The croissant was flaky and permeated with butter. The cup cakes where stoutly dressed in frosting yet still delicate and light. Fluffy and playfully bold in flavor. The line moved quick and the team send out orders with swift accuracy. Great job in product and service.

If you’re coming to the magnolia market, please get in line and grab some goodies.

The cupcakes are so delicious!
We stopped at the bakery before walking around because the line was so long.
They give you a card to fill out so you can give it directly to the cashier and the only take minutes to get everything ready.

My favorite was the strawberry cupcake.
It is a bit sweet, but that’s how I love my icing.
I also loved their cookies, my brownie cookie is my favorite.
I would come here every week if it wasn’t 3 hours away from me.

Ok, the s'mores cupcake is insanely good. Graham cracker crust, moist chocolate cake, buttercream frosting w a toasted marshmallow. For $4 it's a great deal. Vibe is trendy and modern too.

Really enjoyed visiting this bakery. I will say this now, you must try the the Prize Pig biscuit. They are so flavorful and delicious. A savory to balance all the sweets you'll try. The Shiplap Cookie was my favorite with chocolate and peanut butter mixed with nuts. You just couldn't lose with that. There were so many options. There was a line but it moved quick and they let you pull your order together while you wait which helps the process.

I love how you walk in and are handed a card and menu where you can see the items they have and the ingredients. Once you reach the order counter you can hand them the card with your order or just let them know what you want.

We ordered the seasonal Gingerbread Cookie Pie, the Nuts and Bolts Cupcake and the Silo cookie. All 3 were delicious.

Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area to enjoy some delicious sweets.

Loved this place!! The cupcakes were pricey but then I ate one and I would buy another! Delicious! Although the line seems long most if the time the staff is very quick and efficient. Didn't take long at all!! I would recommend it over and over again!

While in Waco, my wife wanted to stop at Silos Baking. It’s The first building on the corner of the Magnolia buildings. Lots of parking in the area. There’s a lot of charges $10, but we were able to find a spot on the street. Short way to get in. They don’t allow the customers to fill the building. As some leave they bring in more. Every one of the employees I spoke to were very pleasant and happy. You can tell they enjoyed their jobs and liked what they do. There are some items to be purchased as souvenirs.

We only ended up getting two things. First was the prize pig. Bacon and cheddar with chive biscuit. Very good. We also got the lemon lavender cupcake. The presentation was so great, we almost didn’t want to eat it. When we did we were surprised on how delicious it was. The cupcake was very moist and flavorful. The lemon topping was creamy and complemented the cupcake perfectly. We enjoyed both right outside at the tables and chairs they have set up. Lots of great photo opportunities. Definitely stop here if you are in Waco. Five stars!

One of the best bakeries I ever been to in Texas, and trust me, I’ve been to a lot of them in Texas. Silo’s Baking bake and sell really yummy cup cakes and baked goods. Parking is challenging and it can be a crowded spot on weekends, but totally worth it.

I dream of these cupcakes. Perfectly fluffy and topped with great buttercream. When you walk in, you'll get handed a little paper and pencil so you can easily order your treats. They call your name when your order is ready, similar to Starbucks. The boxes they use for take out are super helpful when transporting!

Wanted to visit here for the longest time and it is worth the hype. There was a bit of a line out the door but I didn’t mind. Everything we ordered was finger licking good. We got a few different croissants and cupcakes and sodas. Loved it a lot. Definitely recommend this place. Good job to Chip and Joann!! God bless you and your family
