The personnel at Heights Funeral were kind, understanding, courteous and completely helpful. They made the funeral for my mother a smooth transition and offered solutions when deacon did not show for the rosary. The move to the church went well and the travel to the Cemetery was without incident. Ms. Connell promised and delivered the complete process.

Jared was very caring and made the process as easy on the family as possible. He spent as much time with us as we needed and patiently answered all of questions. The ladies in the front were very caring and comforting as well. Our family has used Heights for at least 25 years and have been pleased with their services.

They are kind, caring, and help you through every step during a difficult time. I highly recommend them. Jared could not have been more helpful with everything.

Patrick the Funeral Director and the entire staff at The Heights Funeral Home were amazing. Patrick had a very caring and calming demeanor while explaining all the service options and was not pushy at all. Patrick Crespo at Heights Funeral was compassionate and professional throughout the entire process. I had been to other funeral homes where we were literally pushed out the door at closing time. The entire staff at Heights Funeral Home understood our grief and treated us with dignity. The Chapel is lovely with a very beautiful sound system. The entire facility carried an air of solemnity and dignity which is exactly what I wanted for my dear mother.

From the beginning both Heights funeral directors Jared and Patrick and the entire staff at Heights gave our family the support and exceeded our expectations with the passing of my husband's family and my brother-in-law. The Staff at the Heights Funeral Home were very understanding and thoughtful for all of the arrangements for my mothers funeral. Patrick even did a follow up call to see if there was anything else we needed and to make sure the family were ok. Also, a lady helped with all of the pictures displayed of our family and another lady helped with the flowers. A big thank you to all the staff.

Even during the delays related to Covid, holidays and transport from another state Heights Funeral Home and director Patrick managed to provide a very nice experience for our family. Patrick’s guidance was so helpful since we weren’t experienced in planning a service. I know my mother would have been pleased with the arrangements. I had no idea this was place was so large. My mother passed away unexpectedly I felt no pressure to book hair I also felt no pressure to spend outrageous amount of money that he had such a beautiful service for her within two days.

We were well take care of and the funeral director was very professional and attentive to our needs. We had a military funeral with a Catholic Deacon presiding and every detail was covered and we did not have to worry about anything. The funeral was also reasonably priced, no pressure to buy anything. The funeral director just showed us what is available and provided advice when asked.

My mother passed away earlier this month. She had made prearrangements with Heights Funeral Home. Patrick was very respectful of our wishes and worked with us during a difficult situation. And calling me and keeping me posted along the way!! To the arrangements of the service and Mass… But most of all their kindness and prayers as my family went through this process… and the next care they allowed me so I could give my husband his final earthly haircut!!
