Bought an engagement ring awhile ago online for my partner and ended up revisiting the idea since their style has change and it would not be an ideal fit since they use their hands a lot. Went to Sandra and got an honest response that I will not get much for this custom engagement ring anywhere I go and so she recommended to repurpose the ring and have the stone removed and filled in and make it into our wedding band. I also played with the idea of wanting a channel set platinum band with 23 pink sapphires for my partner. Sandra ordered some sample stones and the band so I can look over before committing to any purchases since she wanted to make sure the stones were unifor and perfect. I loved the sample stones so Sandra put in the order and it was about a 2 week turn around. When I picked up my partners ring we put in an order for a gold wedding band for me. That was about a week turnaround. Sandra recommended 10k gold instead of 18k and did not try to upsell me on any of my decisions. I love her honesty and the amount of knowledge she had on the gems and rings. We are very happy with the customer service and communication Sandra provided throughout our process. I would recommend a local jeweler like Sandra who will get you exactly what you want rather than a gamble through an online service.

I bought an engagement ring nearly a year ago and had to wait to write the review until I proposed. Finally getting to that. Sandra was great. I sort of knew what I wanted, but I had a hard time describing it. By her asking questions and showing me examples, we were able to design a model. She sent the sketches and asked for feedback. The whole process was easy and affordable. Another good thing is she will work with your price range. She won’t immediately jump to the top of your range. She’ll show you options on the low, mid and high range and even show you stuff lower than your stated range if she thinks you’ll like it.

My fiancée (now wife!) and I worked with Sandra and her team at iTouch in 2022 to make custom green sapphire engagement rings. In January of this year, we went back to have my wife’s ring engraved and my wedding band custom made. We love Sandra and her team and will be going back to iTouch for many years!!

Sandra is super responsive and easy to communicate with. We went back and forth on the custom design for my ring, and she worked with me until it was absolutely perfect. The ring in person is even more beautiful than the renderings and mold she showed me - they totally nailed my vision!

The engraving on mine and my wife’s bands was a quick and simple process - took the rings to Sandra and got them back a few days later. Sandra also was able to appraise my new wedding band so that we could add it to our jewelry insurance.

5 stars isn’t enough. I, like many guys, went in with very little knowledge or direction. I had some general info (knew it needed to be gold and use the diamonds from my fiancé’s grandmothers ring), but that’s it. Sandra walked me through my dozens of questions and many changes until we found the perfect fit for what I imagined my fiancé wanted. Looking back, and after hearing the feedback from my fiancé, friends, family, and strangers, I don’t think we could’ve done a better job for the ring. EVERYONE loves it and considering it was custom with only Sandra and my clueless self, all credit goes to Sandra. She’ll be my jeweler whenever I’m in need.

Fabulous experience! As I’ve aged my knuckles have gotten bigger. This made my wedding ring way too tight and it had to be cut off. I called when they were closed and Sandra gave great advice about what to try to get it off myself and offered to come in before they were open if necessary. When I came in they were so kind and careful and quickly got the ring cut off with no pain. I’m so grateful and wholeheartedly recommend them!
