Pasadena Police Department

My experience with pasadena police was something unexpected. I had to request paramedics due to my 2 year old not breathing normally. It was a scary situation and at the time I had my 3 month old, 5, 6, and 7 year old with me. The older ones were crying and scared for their sister and although I only requested paramedics, Pasadena police also showed up. The officer at our home helped to keep the older kids calm while paramedics was working on my 2 year old. I am grateful for that. Then at the hospital, two other officers had to follow up with some questions but they were very kind in the way they communicated. There was no attitude in their questioning and no inappropriate face gestures. I found out from my husband that those two officers at the hospital helped with our baby. That was very generous and much appreciated. To the officers that helped us out on the evening of 06/01/2017, we are forever grateful for the kindness and generosity that was showed to me and my family during a very overwhelming and scary situation. Thank you for all your help.

Almost* always professional so long as you comply, and more than understand when you don’t. Response time is much better than any city I’ve lived in before.

When my family member’s home was burglarized, they not only caught the guys, they convinced them to give back what was stolen before we even knew we were victims!

I don’t understand these negative reviews. There are jerks working in every office, just like there are jerks driving around Pasadena and trolling google reviews 😒

Officer's Escobar and Lamock where responding to a call in Britany Village apartment complex. Even though I wasn't a part of their investigation they took time to stop and address my concerns about the recent car thefts and break-ins, in my complex. Their community first attitude was deeply appreciated.

I was extremely amazed how officer Marty Hoffman assisted us by resolving our case
I think Houston would be so much safer if the police department would do as little as 10% of how pasadena PD would react on any crime.
Again we would like to thank officer Hoffman and investigator Anderson for the hard work and excellent job.

I know about 6 officers from the pasadena police department. They are always very helpful and kind. One officer even helped me file my stolen wallet from the phone because I didnt have a car... they arent bad officers sure you have one or two that are rude but you cant blame the whole department. Just like today one of the officers I'm familiar with helped me with directions when I was lost. In the end these are people just like us with families.

Had my vehicle broke in to at a local hotel and Pasadena Police Department responded to do report . Officer Page was professional and helpful in his time spent with me . I appreciated everything they did as well as there follow up .

Every pasadena cop Ive came across are good men. Ive read the reviews and thats sad. Jail is not suppose to be fun or comfortable change your ways. I salute the men and women that strive to make this city better. Thank you for your service

Well this past friday while at work i got a call that no parent wants to get that. That i need to come home cuss my 2 year old was not breathing very well when i got home i was surprised to see pasadena police at my house. By Only requesting ems. The officers where not only helping my wife with the 2 year old but keeping my other kids safe calm for seeing their sister on the floor .
second encounter with two differnt officers at the hospital for follow up questions on what happend to my baby i had my hands full with my 7,6,5,2 year old and my 3 mounth old One of the officer was asking questions and while answering the questions i was surprised and shocked that the other officer notest that i was over whelmed with the questions and takeing care of my 2 year-old my 3 mounth baby started to cry and. The officer went over to her took her out of her car seat and not only did he stop her from crying but he got her bottle and feed her but what happend next well she ended up weting her self and the officers uniform he still held her and did not mind it at all i was deeply touched by all four of the officers that helped my family in the time of need not ONCE did they ever show any ill will attitude to my wife kids or my self i am trully greatfull for the four Pasadena police officers that helped

Officer Slight assisted or family in the recovery of something very valuable. He was professional and courteous and worked quickly to fix the problem. Thank you Officer Slight!

I am so proud of the Pasadena Police Department. They are educated about sexual abuse cases, unlike the LaPorte Police Department. Great job!
