I ordered online so I can't give a review of the restaurant. The food is so good!! I've never tried cactus before in fajitas, but I will from now on. The homemade tortillas were delicious! Highly recommend!!

We got there super late but our waitress was awesome!!!! Had a great time, got to hear her sing, and these Margueritas were fricken awesome!!! I totally recommend this place to my fellow Marguerita lovers. Try the mocaheta if you're up for it.

I can't give this place enough stars to match my experience. They were very accommodating with my disability and my dog, to start.
The coffee was authentically Mexican and delicious. The chips and salsa were fresh and hot. The portions were very generous, and both colors of Chilaquiles were excellent!
I need to give other places a 4star so this 5 star shows this place is above and beyond delicious.

This is authentic Mexican cuisine, the flavor of the Fruit punch, Barbacoa and salsa are amazing!!!
Tortillas are handmade on the spot, they are very tasty. The rice and beans complement any dishes that you may order, once you take a first bite the flavors are going to explode filling your mouth with a delicious experience. Your palate will send you to a heavenly place full of flavors. I really recommend the Salsa Verde with the chips. Fruit punch was the best ever in my life.
Prices are very affordable and the food it's prepared fresh from scratch every day. They have also Tlayudas a typical plate from Oaxaca.
I highly recommend this place to families, groups from churches or from work or if you want to go by yourself that's fine, you will not be dissatisfied.

The menudo is absolutely delicious. They do not skimp whatsoever on their ingredients, and the broth itself is incredibly flavorful. The same goes for the rice and beans. All the way on the left are the molotes—empanadas stuffed w/ potato and chorizo and topped w/ lettuce, cheese and guac—and they are also wonderful.

My wife and I really enjoyed this place! It was not what we were expecting, but it turned out to be amazing. Food was authentic Mexican food! Staff was very nice and interested in making sure that we had everything that we needed to truly enjoy our meal. The checkout process was a bit confusing, but I still left 5 stars because we both loved this place so very much. We will certainly be back!

I went the first time with my best friend, i love authentic Latin food and i hadnt found anything great in sherman. It was so good i took my husband back 2 days later. He also loved. Service was great both times.

Have been to the one in Denison, so thought we'd give the new location a try. The waitress was very friendly, but not too much. The chips & salsas were fresh & delicious! I had Tacos Fritos, very good! My husband had pork tamales, also very tasty! We each had a Memelito & they were so different & so yummy! Thank you for a clean, relaxing lunch!

Update: everything was great, except I had to wait 10 minutes for my food, after the 3 people in my party got their food...

Great food! Homemade corn tortillas are the bomb! The service was fantastic and the music was good. I had the Cocido, and it was delicious. If you get a chance, go!

One of our go to spots in Sherman for Mexican food. In a sea of potential Mexican/Tex-Mex restaurants that dominate our area, it is hard to stand out in a good way. However, Cielito Lindo manages to do this. Service is always friendly. Tamales are some of my personal favorite, very flavorful and never dry. Their Mole sauce is very deep and rich. In the cold months you can't wrong with their Posole. Highly recommend. Cielito Lindo translates to My Lovely Sky according to the google machine.

One of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had in my life

Moved to the area not too long ago and this place is the real deal with great authentic Mexican food! We tried various other local places but they were either Tex- Mex or not quite hitting the spot. Glad we found our go-to Mexican restaurant!

Fantastic tasting food. Will stop in here every time I am in town.

Finally found some Mexican food that reminds me of my South Texas home..

Awful food and service! My brother told me the Denison location was great but I came to the Sherman location. What a waste of $80, And I’m still hungry so I will be going to eat somewhere else. Everything was gross. From the horrible margarita (very odd taste) tamales (chunks of pork fat in them) and the molcajete (burnt chorizo, chicken and beef completely over cooked) we didn’t eat one bite of it. The black beans and rice were both cold. I’m not even going to waste my time telling you about the service.
